Tại 14h21p phiên 28/10, CEO tăng gần hết biên độ lên mức 12.800 đồng/cp, song với mức đỉnh hồi tháng 1, thị giá của CEO đã bị chia hơn 7 lần. CTCP Tập đoàn C.E.O (HNX: HN:CEO) vừa thông báo đã được Uỷ Ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước (UBCKNN) chấp thuận điều chỉnh nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu nước ngoài tối đa tại Công ty lên mức 49%.

Trước đó, CEO đã thực hiện thay đổi ngành nghề kinh doanh và sửa đổi điều lệ Công ty trong đó loại bỏ các ngành nghề kinh doanh mà nhà đầu tư nước ngoài chưa được tiếp cận thị trường để đảm bảo tỷ lệ sở hữu của nhà đầu tư nước ngoài tối đa là 49% theo quy định của pháp luật. Việc nới “room” ngoại của CEO được kỳ vọng sẽ tạo điều kiện cho các nhà đầu tư nước ngoài có thể gia tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu cổ phiếu CEO lên mức tối đa .

Đáng chú ý, CEO cũng thông báo lùi thời gian thực hiện kế hoạch tăng vốn đã duyệt tại ĐHCĐ thường niên 2022. Cụ thể do thời gian dự kiến được chấp thuận vào quý 4/2022 nên lịch thực hiện sẽ được lùi từ quý 3 - 4/2022 sang quý 1 -2/2023.

Về kế hoạch tăng vốn, CEO dự chào bán 257,35 triệu cổ phiếu, trong đó, 252,2 triệu cổ phiếu là phát hành mới cho cổ đông hiện hữu với tỷ lệ 1:1, và 5,15 triệu cổ phiếu ESOP phát hành cho người lao động, giá chào bán đều ở mức 10.000 đồng/cp.

Trên thị trường, sau 5 phiên liên tiếp giảm sàn CEO đã quay đầu tăng trần vào phiên 27/10. Sang tới phiên hôm nay (28/10), CEO tiếp tục tăng gần hết biên độ lên mức 12.800 đồng/cp. Tuy nhiên, nếu so với mức đỉnh hồi tháng 1, thị giá của CEO đã bị chia gần 8 lần.
