Nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital đã bán tổng cộng hơn 11 triệu cổ phiếu Tập đoàn Đất Xanh (HM:DXG) chỉ trong 2 tuần giao dịch. Nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital thông báo giao dịch  cổ phiếu DXG của CTCP Tập đoàn Đất Xanh (HOSE: DXG) vào phiên 18/10. Cụ thể, các quỹ thành viên của Dragon Capital là Balestrand Limited, Hanoi Investments Holdings Limited, Norges Bank và Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited đã bán tổng cộng 4 triệu cổ phiếu DXG.

Ngược chiều, CTBC Vietnam Equity Fund mua vào 800.000 cổ phần DXG. Theo đó, tỷ lệ sở hữu của nhóm quỹ ngoại này tại Đất Xanh đã giảm xuống còn 17,82%, tương đương với 108,7 triệu cổ phần.

Tạm chiếu theo thị giá kết phiên diễn ra giao dịch là 16.800 đồng/cp, ước tính Dragon Capital có thể đã thu về được gần 53,8 tỷ đồng cho số cổ phiếu bán ra nói trên.

Trước đó, trong 2 phiên 7/10 và 11/10, nhóm quỹ ngoại này cũng đã bán ra tổng cộng 7,3 triệu cổ phiếu DXG, ước tính thu về gần 118,5 tỷ đồng.

Động thái thoái bớt vốn tại Đất Xanh Group của Dragon Capital diễn ra trong bối cảnh thị giá DXG đang trên đà giảm mạnh kể từ sau đợt hồi phục giữa tháng 8/2022. Theo đó, DXG đã "bốc hơi" 45% chỉ sau 2 tháng.
