Ngày 4/11 tới đây, FLC sẽ chốt danh sách tham dự ĐHCĐ thường niên 2022. Ngày 28/10, CTCP Tập đoàn FLC (HM:FLC) đã nhận quyết định cưỡng chế thuế của Chi cục Thuế Thành phố Kon Tum tổng số tiền gần 54 triệu đồng. Lý do là công ty nợ tiền thuế quá 90 ngày kể từ ngày hết hạn nộp thuế, theo quy định tại Luật Quản lý thuế.

Cơ quan thuế thi hành quyết định bằng biện pháp trích tiền từ tài khoản của Tập đoàn FLC tại Ngân hàng TMCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Việt Nam – Chi nhánh Thanh Xuân.

Đáng chú ý, chỉ trong vòng vỏn vẹn 3 tháng, FLC đã nhận các quyết định cưỡng chế thuế với tổng giá trị gần 1.386 tỷ đồng từ các cơ quan quản lý thuế.

Cụ thể, hồi  đầu tháng 10, FLC đã bị Chi cục Thuế Khu vực Đak Đoa – Mang Yang cưỡng chế hơn 189 triệu đồng tiền thuế với lý do tương tự như trên.

Trước đó, FLC cũng đã thông báo nhận 3 quyết định cưỡng chế thuế từ Cục Thuế tỉnh Quảng Bình từ ngày 28/9 với tổng số tiền bị cưỡng chế là hơn 457,7 tỷ đồng. Lý do được đưa ra là FLC có số tiền quá hạn nộp phải thực hiện cưỡng chế theo quy định. Từ đầu tháng 8 tới đầu tháng 9, FLC cũng đã nhận các quyết định cưỡng chế thuế từ chính cơ quan này với tổng số tiền hơn 672 tỷ đồng.

Trong tháng 9, Cục Thuế Thành phố Hà Nội cũng đưa ra 9 quyết định, gồm tiến hành cưỡng chế thuế gần 72 tỷ đồng và phạt hành chính 11,5 triệu đồng đối với tập đoàn này. Ngày 18/8, Chi cục Thuế khu vực Thành phố Sầm Sơn - Quảng Xương (Thanh Hóa) cũng ra 8 quyết định cưỡng chế thuế bằng hình thức phong tỏa tài khoản với số tiền 130,8 tỷ đồng với FLC.

Cổ phiếu FLC đã bị đình chỉ giao dịch từ ngày 9/9 do chưa công bố các báo cáo tài chính soát xét năm 2021. Ngày 4/11 tới đây, FLC sẽ chốt danh sách tham gia ĐHCĐ thường niên 2022.
