Trong quý 3, thu nhập lãi thuần và thu từ kinh doanh ngoại hối tăng mạnh, đi kèm với giảm trích lập dự phòng rủi ro 28% giúp Ngân hàng TMCP Đầu tư và Phát triển Việt Nam (BIDV, HOSE: BID) thu được 6,673 tỷ đồng lãi trước thuế, gấp 2.5 lần cùng kỳ.

Trong riêng quý 3, thu nhập lãi thuần tăng 16% so với cùng kỳ, đạt hơn 14,098 tỷ đồng. Lãi từ hoạt động kinh doanh ngoại hối tăng đến 75%, lên hơn 801 tỷ đồng; lãi từ hoạt động khác tăng 33%, thu được 1,057 tỷ đồng.

Ngược lại, một số nguồn thu ngoài lãi sụt giảm so với cùng kỳ như lãi từ dịch vụ (-10%), lãi từ mua bán chứng khoán đầu tư (-66%).

Thêm vào đó, trong quý 3 BIDV giảm 38% chi phí dự phòng rủi ro tín dụng, chỉ còn trích gần 5,429 tỷ đồng, do đó Ngân hàng thu được 6,673 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận trước thuế, gấp 2.5 lần cùng kỳ.

Lũy kế 9 tháng đầu năm, BIDV trích 19,266 tỷ đồng để dự phòng rủi ro tín dụng, giảm 17%, do đó thu về gần 17,677 tỷ đồng lãi trước thuế, tăng 65% so với cùng kỳ.

Năm 2022, BIDV đặt mục tiêu đạt 20,600 tỷ đồng lãi trước thuế, như vậy Ngân hàng đã thực hiện được 86% sau 9 tháng.

Quy mô tổng tài sản của BIDV tại thời điểm cuối quý 3 tăng trưởng 16% so với đầu năm, lên mức hơn 2 triệu tỷ đồng. Trong đó, tiền gửi tại NHNN giảm 35% (còn 45,003 tỷ đồng), tiền gửi tại TCTD khác gấp 2 lần (233,692 tỷ đồng), cho vay khách hàng tăng 10% (hơn 1.49 triệu tỷ đồng)…

Về nguồn vốn kinh doanh, tiền gửi khách hàng chỉ tăng nhẹ 2% so với đầu năm, lên mức hơn 1.41 triệu tỷ đồng. Các khoản nợ Chính phủ và NHNN gấp 5.3 lần (134,768 tỷ đồng), tiền gửi của các TCTD khác gấp 2.7 lần (157,871 tỷ đồng).

Phát hành giấy tờ có giá ghi nhận 144,209 tỷ đồng, tăng 17% do tăng chứng chỉ tiền gửi dưới 12 tháng tăng 19% (54,776 tỷ đồng) và trái phiếu từ 12 tháng đến dưới 5 năm gấp 10 lần (11,439 tỷ đồng).

Tổng nợ xấu tại ngày 30/09/2022 của BIDV tăng 49% so với đầu năm, ghi nhận 20,125 tỷ đồng. Trong đó, nợ có khả năng mất vốn tăng mạnh 80%. Kết quả, đẩy tỷ lệ nợ xấu trên dư nợ vay tăng từ 1% đầu năm lên 1.35%.
