Tuần qua (17-21/10/2022), giao dịch của quỹ đầu tư phần lớn đến từ quỹ ngoại Dragon Capital với lực bán chiếm ưu thế.

Cụ thể, các quỹ gồm Balestrand Limited, Hanoi Investments Holdings Limited, Norges Bank và Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited đã bán ra 4 triệu cp DXG (CTCP Tập đoàn Đất Xanh (HM:DXG)) trong ngày 18/10. Ngược lại, CTBC Vietnam Equity Fund lại có động thái mua vào 800,000 cp DXG. Do đó, quỹ ngoại đã bán ròng tổng cộng 3.2 triệu cp trong phiên giao dịch.

Sau giao dịch, tổng tỷ lệ sở hữu của Dragon Capital tại DXG giảm từ 18.3% xuống còn 17.8%, tương đương 108.7 triệu cp.

Trong ngày 18/10, thị trường chỉ ghi nhận 115,200 cp DXG được giao dịch thỏa thuận, do đó khả năng cao toàn bộ số cổ phiếu DXG mà nhóm quỹ trên đã giao dịch đều được thực hiện thông qua khớp lệnh. Chiếu theo giá đóng cửa  phiên giao dịch, nhóm quỹ đã thu ròng về gần 54 tỷ đồng.

Trước đó, trong thời gian từ ngày 07-11/10/2022, nhóm quỹ thuộc Dragon Capital cũng vừa có động thái bán ra tổng cộng 7.3 triệu cp DXG.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu DXG từ đầu năm 2021 đến phiên 21/10/2022

Động thái tiếp tục bán bớt vốn của Dragon Capital tại DXG diễn ra trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu DXG vẫn đang trên đà lao dốc và chưa có dấu hiệu dừng lại. So với đỉnh gần nhất ngày 19/08/2022 là 29,000 đồng/cp, giá cổ phiếu DXG đã giảm gần 49%, về mức 14,900 đồng/cp cuối phiên 21/10, đây là mức thị giá thấp nhất của cổ phiếu này kể từ đầu năm 2021 đến nay.

Ở chiều mua, Dragon Capital trở lại ngồi ghế cổ đông lớn tại FPT (CTCP HM:FPT), nâng sở hữu từ 4.99% vốn (gần 54.8 triệu cp) lên 5.01% vốn (gần 55 triệu cp) sau khi các quỹ thành viên mua tổng cộng 130,000 đơn vị FPT.

Kết phiên giao dịch 19/10, thị giá cổ phiếu FPT giảm 20%, về còn 75,500 đồng/cp sau hơn 4 tháng. Tạm tính theo mức giá này, Dragon Capital có thể đã chi gần 10 tỷ đồng để sở hữu lượng cổ phần trên.
