Phiên 28/10, thị trường ghi nhận hơn 82 triệu cp của Ngân hàng TMCP Xuất Nhập khẩu Việt Nam (Eximbank (HM:EIB), HOSE: EIB) được giao dịch thỏa thuận với tổng giá trị gần 3,645 tỷ đồng.

Hơn 82 triệu cp EIB đã được sang tay trong phiên 28/10 với giá xấp xỉ 44,406 đồng/cp, cao hơn gần 13% so với thị giá kết phiên 28/10 là 39,400 đồng/cp. Tổng khối lượng giao dịch cổ phiếu EIB trong phiên 28/10 (cả thỏa thuận và khớp lệnh) gần 82.4 triệu cp với tổng giá trị giao dịch 3,657 tỷ đồng.

Tính chung từ đầu tháng 10 đến nay, gần 379 triệu cp EIB đã được sang tay với tổng giá trị 15,275 tỷ đồng, tương đương giá bình quân 40,324 đồng/cp.

Giao dịch thỏa thuận tại EIB từ đầu tháng 10 đến nay

Trước đó, trong tháng 9, cổ phiếu EIB cũng ghi nhận gần 108.5 triệu cp được giao dịch thỏa thuận, tổng giá trị hơn 3,932 tỷ đồng, tương đương mức giá bình quân 36,253 đồng/cp.

Lượng lớn cổ phiếu EIB được giao dịch thỏa thuận gần đây đều xoay quanh việc Thành Công Group thoái vốn khỏi ngân hàng này và rút người khỏi HĐQT.

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, cổ phiếu EIB kết phiên 28/10 ở mức 39,400 đồng/cp, tăng 30% so với đầu tháng 9, thanh khoản bình quân trên 1.3 triệu cp/ngày.
