Được biết CTCP Thiết bị điện (Mã THI) - công ty con (gián tiếp) của Tập đoàn Gelex (Mã GEX (HM:GEX)) đang hiện hữu tại doanh nghiệp này với tư cách là một trong hai cổ đông lớn nhất. Ngày 8/11/2022 tới đây sẽ là ngày đăng ký cuối cùng để Tổng CTCP Thiết bị Điện Đông Anh (Mã TBD (HN:TBD) - UPCoM) chốt danh sách cổ đông nhận cổ tức bằng tiền mặt năm 2021 tỷ lệ 30% (1 cổ phiếu sẽ nhận về 3.000 đồng). Thời gian thanh toán là ngày 8/12.

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, Thiết bị Điện Đông Anh hiện đang có hơn 32,4 triệu cổ phiếu TBD đang lưu hành. Giá đóng cửa phiên 28/10 ở mức 98.300 đồng - tương ứng vốn hóa 2.755 tỷ.

Điện Đông Anh là doanh nghiệp được thành lập năm 1981 thuộc Bộ Năng Lượng. Năm 2014, công ty đưa cổ phiếu lên giao dịch trên UPCoM với số lượng ban đầu là gần 10,9 triệu đơn vị. Sau 4 lần tăng vốn trong đó lần cuối là trong quý 4/2020, vốn điều lệ của công ty hiện ở mức hơn 324 tỷ đồng.

Đáng chú ý trong cơ cấu cổ đông của TBD, ngoại trừ cổ đông lớn nhất - Công ty TNHH MTV Tập đoàn Điện lực Việt Nam - đang nắm 15,1 cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 46,58% vốn), cổ đông lớn còn lại là CTCP Thiết bị điện (Mã THI - HOSE) với việc đang nắm gần 8,1 triệu cổ phiếu TBD (tỷ lệ 24,95%).

THI hiện đang là công ty con (cấp 2) của Tập đoàn Gelex (Mã GEX - HOSE).

Hồi cuối tháng 11/2021, THI từng thông báo dừng phương án chào mua hơn 7 triệu cổ phiếu TBD để dồn tiền chia cổ tức cho cổ đông nhà (chỉ sau 1 tháng khi thông báo tạm dừng trả cổ tức); số cổ phiếu mua thêm có tỷ lệ 21,9%. Nếu mua thành công, Thibidi (HM:THI) sẽ nâng tổng lượng sở hữu cổ phiếu TBD lên 15.188.137 cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 46,85%).

Với việc trả cổ tức bằng tiền tỷ lệ 30% tới đây, dự kiến Thiết bị Điện Đông Anh sẽ phải chi số tiền hơn 97 tỷ đồng. Trong số này, THI sẽ nhận về hơn 24 tỷ đồng.

Về kết quả kinh doanh, TBD luôn duy trì mức lợi nhuận quý ổn định ở mức hàng chục tỷ đồng trong nhiều năm qua.

Kết thúc nửa đầu năm 2022, công ty này đạt 646 tỷ đồng doanh thu và gần 20 tỷ đồng lãi sau thuế. Lợi nhuận chưa phân phối đến ngày 30/6/2022 ở mức 172 tỷ đồng.
