Đóng cửa phiên 21/10, cổ phiếu PLX của Petrolimex giảm mạnh về mức 31.500 đồng/cp, tương ứng đã mất một nửa thị giá so với vùng đỉnh cuối tháng 2/2022. Tập đoàn Xăng dầu Việt Nam - Petrolimex (HOSE: HM:PLX) thông báo ngày 10/11 tới đây sẽ chốt danh sáchtrả cổ tức năm 2021 bằng tiền. Ngày giao dịch không hưởng quyền là ngày 9/11.

Tỷ lệ thực hiện là 12%, tương ứng với mỗi cổ phiếu cổ đông sở hữu nhận về 1.200 đồng. Với hơn 1,22 tỷ cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, Petrolimex sẽ phải chi 1.470 tỷ đồng cho cổ tức đợt này.  Ngày thanh toán là 29/11.

Trong cơ cấu cổ đông tại PLX, Bộ Công Thương là cổ đông lớn nhất với tỷ lệ sở hữu lên đến 77% vốn điều lệ. Theo đó, Bộ Công Thương sẽ được nhận về 1.131 tỷ đồng tiền cổ tức.

Mới đây, PLX cũng thông báo  sẽ tổ chức ĐHCĐ bất thường năm 2022 lần 2 dự kiến vào ngày 6/12 theo hình thức trực tuyến. Nội dung đại hội dự kiến bao gồm: Đề án cơ cấu lại giai đoạn 2021 – 2025; Kế hoạch sản xuất kinh doanh giai đoạn 2021 – 2025.

Về tình hình sản xuất trong 9 tháng đầu năm 2022, tổng sản lượng tạo nguồn của toàn PLX đạt gần 8,1 triệu m3, tương ứng 104% tổng nguồn tối thiểu được giao năm nay là 7,7 triệu m3.

Trong đó, nhập khẩu chiếm 42% và 58% còn lại mua từ 2 nhà máy lọc dầu trong nước. Sản lượng xuất bán hợp nhất 9 tháng đầu năm là 10,1 triệu m3/tấn tăng 8% so với cùng kỳ và đạt 83% kế hoạch.

Về cổ phiếu Petrolimex, như những mã khác PLX cũng chịu sự điều chỉnh chung của thị trường. Đóng cửa phiên 21/10, PLX giảm mạnh 5,97% về mức 31.500 đồng/cp, tương ứng đã mất một nửa thị giá so với vùng đỉnh cuối tháng 2/2022.

Thực hiện vượt 25% kế hoạch lợi nhuận năm, Gạch ngói Đồng Nai (GND) chốt lịch trả cổ tức đợt 1/2022 bằng tiền tỷ lệ 10%
