Với 641,2 triệu cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, Bia - Rượu - Nước giải khát Sài Gòn - Sabeco (HM:SAB) cần chi 1.603,2 tỷ đồng để trả cổ tức đợt này. Tổng CTCP Bia - Rượu - Nước giải khát Sài Gòn - Sabeco (SAB) vừa thông báo ngày 21/12 sẽ chốt danh sách tạm ứng cổ tức bằng tiền mặt năm 2022.

Tỷ lệ thực hiện là 25%. Ngày chi trả cổ tức dự kiến là 11/1/2023.  Với 641,2 triệu cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, SAB cần chi 1.603,2 tỷ đồng để trả cổ tức đợt này.

Tại ĐHCĐ thường niên 2022, SAB đã thông qua phương án chia cổ tức năm 2022 với tỷ lệ 35% bằng tiền mặt. Như vậy, công ty này sẽ phải trả cổ tức đợt 2 với tỷ lệ còn lại là 10%.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, lũy kế 9 tháng đầu năm, SAB mang về 24.950 tỷ đồng doanh thu, tăng 44% so với cùng kỳ; 4.424 tỷ đồng lãi sau thuế, tăng 75%.

Theo lãnh đạo Sabeco, nguyên nhân giúp doanh thu và lợi nhuận sau thuế cải thiện và cao hơn năm trước là nhờ cả nước đã thoát khỏi tình trạng đóng cửa và nhu cầu tiêu dùng bia tăng lên. Cùng kỳ năm 2021, một số địa phương đã phải thực hiện giãn cách xã hội, đặc biệt là TP. HCM bị phong tỏa từ cuối tháng tháng 7 đến đầu tháng 10 đã khiến hoạt động bán hàng của Sabeco bị ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng. Chi tiết
