Sau phát hành, vốn điều lệ của công ty sẽ tăng từ mức 2.351 tỷ đồng lên 2.700 tỷ đồng. Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán TP. HCM (HOSE) thông báo ngày 1/11 2022 tới đây là ngày đăng ký cuối cùng để chốt danh sách cổ đông để CTCP Tập đoàn PC1 (Mã HM:PC1 - HOSE) phát hành cổ phiếu để trả cổ tức năm 2021.

Ngày đăng ký cuối cùng là 2/11. Theo đó, Tập đoàn PC1 dự kiến phát hành gần 35,3 triệu cổ phiếu (mệnh giá 10.000 đồng/cổ phiếu) - giá trị phát hành theo mệnh giá là hơn 350 tỷ đồng; tỷ lệ chia cổ tức bằng cổ phiếu năm 2021 là 15% - tương ứng người sở hữu 100 cổ phiếu được nhận về 15 cổ phiếu mới.

Sau phát hành, vốn điều lệ của công ty sẽ tăng từ mức 2.351 tỷ đồng lên 2.700 tỷ đồng.

Về kết quả kinh doanh, năm 2021, PC1 báo doanh thu đạt gần 9.830 tỷ đồng; lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt mức kỷ lục 764 tỷ đồng - tăng tới 40% ghi nhận trong năm 2020.

6 tháng đầu năm 2021, công ty thu về gần 3.000 tỷ đồng doanh thu - giảm 34% so với bán niên 2021; lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt hơn 247 tỷ đồng - giảm hơn 41% YoY. 

Tính chung, công ty mới chỉ hoàn thành được 27% kế hoạch doanh thu và hơn 37% chi tiêu lợi nhuận sau thuế cả năm 2022.

Trên thị trường, cổ phiếu PC1 ghi nhận giảm từ mức 41.500 đồng (phiên 14/9) về còn 26.250 đồng kết phiên 21/10/2022 - tương ứng mức giảm 37% sau 1 tháng.
