UBND tỉnh Ninh Thuận có thông báo về việc mời quan tâm tài trợ ý tưởng quy hoạch phân khu xây dựng khu vực sân bay Thành Sơn, thông báo được gửi đến CTCP Đầu tư Xây dựng Trung Nam (Trungnam Group) vào giữa tháng 10.

Theo thông báo, UBND tỉnh cho biết thực hiện ý kiến của Văn phòng UBND tỉnh về việc chuyển văn bản của Trungnam Group, qua xem xét Sở Xây dựng hoan nghênh việc mong muốn tham gia đóng góp ý tưởng của Công ty góp phần tìm kiếm, lựa chọn phương án ý tưởng quy hoạch để làm cơ sở triển khai lập đồ án quy hoạch. Do đó, Sở Xây dựng đề nghị Trungnam Group căn cứ các nội dung yêu cầu ý tưởng quy hoạch phân khu xây dựng khu vực sân bay Thành Sơn để triển khai lập phương án ý tưởng gửi về Sở để tổng hợp, chậm nhất vào ngày 30/10/2022.

Trong đó, Sở đề nghị Công ty gửi kèm cam kết việc tài trợ ý tưởng quy hoạch là tự nguyện, không điều kiện và cơ quan quản lý nhà nước có toàn quyền sử dụng phương án ý tưởng quy hoach do Công ty tài trợ. Sau thời gian nêu trên, Công ty không nộp hồ sơ đề xuất ý tưởng quy hoạch về Sở Xây dựng thì xem như không có nhu cầu tham gia tài trợ ý tưởng quy hoạch.

Được biết vào tháng 8, UBND tỉnh Ninh Thuận có thông báo mời quan tâm tài trợ ý tưởng quy hoạch phân khu xây dựng khu vực sân bay Thành Sơn và gửi đến 3 đơn vị gồm CTCP Tập đoàn Đầu tư Địa ốc No Va (Novaland (HM:NVL), HOSE: NVL), CTCP Tập đoàn Hưng Thịnh và CTCP Surya City. Địa điểm lập quy hoạch tại phường Đô Vinh, xã Thành Hải, thành phố Phan Rang – Tháp Chàm; xã Xuân Hải, huyện Ninh Hải và xã Phước Trung, huyện Bác Ái. Quy mô nghiên cứu lập quy hoạch khoảng 4,466 ha. Tính chất lập quy hoạch là khu đô thị mới và chỉnh trang đô thị.
