Bước vào phiên ATC với trạng thái giảm sàn về mức 14.450 đồng; cổ phiếu PDR (HM:PDR) bất ngờ được kéo mạnh nhờ lệnh mua gần 2,8 triệu cổ phiếu tại mức giá cao. Kết phiên, cổ phiếu PDR tăng 1,9% lên mức 15.800 đồng qua đó chấm dứt lo ngại về phiên giảm sàn thứ 2 liên tiếp. Nếu chỉ tính sau 15 phút phiên ATC, cổ phiếu này thậm chí đã tăng tới gần 9% từ mức đáy.

Dù vậy, so với mức 69.860 đồng hồi đầu năm, cổ phiếu PDR hiện đã giảm hơn 77% giá trị.

Ông Đoàn Viết Đại Từ, Thành viên HĐQT CTCP Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt (PDR) đăng ký mua 850.000 cổ phiếu PDR theo phương thức khớp lệnh và thỏa thuận.

Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến từ ngày 12/12/2022 đến 12/1/2023. Nếu mua thành công, ông Từ sẽ nâng lượng nắm giữ tại PDR lên 2,04 triệu đơn vị - tương đương tỷ lệ 0,3% vốn.
