Nguyên nhân do Khoáng sản TKV (mã chứng khoán KSV) đã được chấp thuận niêm yết trên HNX. Sở Giao dịch chứng khoán Hà Nội vừa có thông báo về việc huỷ đăng ký giao dịch đối với cổ phiếu của Tổng Công ty Khoáng sản TKV – CTCP (Vimico (HN:KSV) – mã chứng khoán KSV).

Theo đó toàn bộ 200 triệu cổ phiếu KSV sẽ bị huỷ đăng ký giao dịch từ 17/1/2023. Cổ phiếu KSV sẽ giao dịch phiên cuối tại Upcom vào ngày 16/1/2023. Nguyên nhân do Vimico đã được chấp thuận niêm yết tại Sở Giao dịch chứng khoán Hà Nội.

Tổng Công ty Khoáng sản TKV thành lập từ năm 1995. Sau nhiều lần chuyển đổi, Tổng công ty chính thức hoạt động theo mô hình công ty cổ phần từ năm 2015 với vốn điều lệ 2.000 tỷ đồng tương ứng 200 triệu cổ phần đăng ký giao dịch. Từ khi cổ phần hoá đến nay Khoáng sản TKV chưa thực hiện tăng vốn.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, năm 2021 doanh thu Tổng công ty đạt gần 8.000 tỷ đồng, tăng 29,6% so với năm trước đó. Lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt mức kỷ lục 958 tỷ đồng, gấp 4,6 lần cùng kỳ.

Còn 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 doanh thu tăng 58% lên mức 8.792 tỷ đồng. Tuy vậy chi phí tăng cao, giá bán giảm khiến lợi nhuận sau thuế còn 287 tỷ đồng, giảm 59% so với số lãi 699 tỷ đồng đạt được cùng kỳ năm ngoái.

Trên thị trường cổ phiếu KSV đã giảm mạnh từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay, từ vùng giá 47.400 đồng/cổ phiếu hồi đầu năm xuống còn 27.500 đồng/cổ phiếu như hiện nay.
