Kênh trả cổ tức bằng tiền đang là một trong những "phao cứu sinh" hữu hiệu đối với nhà đầu tư. CTCP Vicostone (mã chứng khoán HN:VCS) công bố biên bản họp Hội đồng quản trị về việc chi tạm ứng cổ tức. Theo đó ngày 5/12 tới đây Vicostone sẽ chốt danh sách cổ đông chi tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 2/2022 bằng tiền. Tỷ lệ chi trả 30%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 1 cổ phiếu được nhận về 3.000 đồng. Thời gian thanh toán 15/12/2022.

Như vậy với 160 triệu cổ phiếu đang niêm yết và lưu hành, Vicostone sẽ chi khoảng 480 tỷ đồng tạm ứng cổ tức đợt này cho cổ đông.

Trước đó tháng 6/2022 Vicostone đã chi tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 1/2022 cũng bằng tiền tỷ lệ 30%. Tính cả đợt này cổ đông công ty nhận cổ tức năm 2022 tổng tỷ lệ 60%.

Kết quả kinh doanh, doanh thu 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 của Vicostone đạt 4.433 tỷ đồng, giảm 14,9% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Lợi nhuận sau thuế giảm 28% xuống còn 942 tỷ đồng.

Luỹ kế đến 30/9/2022 Vicostone còn 3.438 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế chưa phân phối. Ngoài ra công ty còn 89 tỷ đồng trong quỹ đầu tư phát triển, hơn 18 tỷ đồng trong quỹ khác thuộc vốn chủ sở hữu.

Việc các doanh nghiệp trả cổ tức thời điểm này, dùng một cách khác để đổ tiền trở lại túi nhà đầu tư đang là một trong những cái “phao cứu sinh” hữu hiệu đối với thị trường chứng khoán khi nhiều cổ phiếu giảm sâu, nhiều nhà đầu tư không lo kịp tài chính bị các công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp lượng lớn nhiều cổ phiếu khác.

Trên thị trường cổ phiếu VCS đã giảm 60% từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay. Còn chỉ tính từ đầu tháng 11 đến nay VCS cũng đã giảm khoảng 18%.
