Cùng với đó, 10,5 triệu cổ phiếu DHC (HM:DHC) cũng sẽ được phát hành bổ sung để trả cổ tức năm 2021. CTCP Đông Hải Bến Tre - Dohaco (Mã DHC - HOSE) thông báo ngày 15/12 tới sẽ thực hiện chốt danh sách cổ đông để phát hành cổ phiếu trả cổ tức năm 2021 và chi tạm ứng cổ tức bằng tiền đợt 2 năm 2022.

Cụ thể, với hình thức trả cổ tức năm 2021 bằng cổ phiếu, DHC sẽ phát hành thêm 10,5 triệu cổ phiếu để chia cổ tức cho cổ đông với tỷ lệ 100:15 (người sở hữu 100 cổ phiếu được nhận 15 cổ phiếu mới).

Sau phát hành, vốn điều lệ của Dohaco sẽ tăng lên mức 805 tỷ đồng - tương ứng 80,5 triệu cổ phiếu.

Với hình thức tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 2 năm 2022 bằng tiền, công ty dự chi gần 70 tỷ để chi trả đợt này với tỷ lệ 10% (1 cổ phiếu được nhận 1.000 đồng). Ngày thanh toán là 29/12/2022.

Trước đó, vào tháng 6 và tháng 8, Dohaco đã thanh toán cổ tức các đợt năm 2021 bằng tiền với tỷ lệ lần lượt là 15% và 10%.

Về kết quả kinh doanh, quý 3/2022, Dohaco báo doanh thu tăng nhẹ lên mức 970 tỷ đồng, lợi nhuận sau thuế lại giảm 26,4% so với cùng kỳ xuống 64,5 tỷ đồng - mức thấp nhất kể từ quý 3/2019 (chỉ 30 tỷ đồng).

Luỹ kế 9 tháng năm 2022, công ty ghi nhận doanh thu đạt 2.996 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận sau thuế 296 tỷ đồng, lần lượt giảm 1,6% và 23,9% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái.

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, cổ phiếu DHC từ mức 85.900 đồng hồi đầu năm 2022 đã liên tục điều chỉnh và kết phiên 5/12 ở mức 37.400 đồng - giảm 56,5%.

Ở một diễn biến liên quan, trong diễn biến giảm điểm của cổ phiếu DHC, ngày 10/11 vừa qua, CTCP Chứng khoán Mirae Asset Việt Nam công bố việc bán giải chấp 700.000 cổ phiếu DHC thuộc sở hữu của ông Lương Văn Thành, Chủ tịch HĐQT công ty.

Kế đó, ngày 14/11, Chứng khoán Mirae Asset tiếp tục thông báo bán giải chấp 1.030.000 cổ phiếu DHC của ông Lương Văn Thành.
