Diễn biến kịch tính tại CTCP Phát triển Bất động sản Phát Đạt (HOSE: PDR) diễn ra ngay từ đầu phiên giao dịch ngày 29/11 với hơn 79 triệu cp khớp lệnh.

Chỉ trong vòng 15 phút của phiên ATO, cầu bắt đáy đã quét sạch hơn hơn 79 triệu cp và giúp cổ phiếu PDR lập tức tăng trần. Tính tới lúc 9h18 ngày 29/11, cổ phiếu của Phát Đạt đã được giao dịch hơn 90 triệu cp và dư mua trần hơn 6 triệu cp.

Với PDR, đây là cổ phiếu gây dậy sóng dư luận với những đợt cắt margin và bán giải chấp khối lượng lớn từ phía lãnh đạo công ty. PDR cũng như nhiều công ty bất động sản khác đang gặp rắc rối về thanh khoản khi các kênh tiếp cận vốn bị tắc nghẽn, gần đây nhất là kênh trái phiếu.

Gần đây, Công ty bất động sản này cũng thông báo chuyển nhượng dự án, bán tài sản để giải quyết câu chuyện thanh khoản và tất toán các khoản vay.

Ở một diễn biến khác, cổ phiếu NVL (HM:NVL) sau khi được "giải cứu" phiên 28/11 thì sáng nay đã tăng kịch trần với dư mua hiện hơn 4 triệu cp.

Trong khi đó, HPX vẫn chưa có tín hiệu được giải cứu khi chỉ mới 71 ngàn cp được khớp lệnh và dư bán sàn hơn 70 triệu cp.
