Trái chủ đề nghị Angimex (AGM) mua lại trước hạn 350 tỷ đồng trái phiếu phát hành vào ngày 9/11/2021. CTCP Xuất nhập khẩu An Giang - Angimex (Mã: HM:AGM) vừa công bố kế hoạch tổ chức Hội nghị Chủ sở hữu trái phiếu tại tỉnh An Giang vào ngày 2 - 3/2.

Nội dung Hội nghị sẽ tập trung xin ý kiến trái chủ về kế hoạch xử lý hai gói trái phiếu với hai mã AGMH2123001 và AGMH2223001, cùng các nội dung khác nếu có.

Hồi cuối năm 2022, Angimex tuyên bố mất khả năng thanh toán lãi hai lô trái phiếu (lãi suất 7%/năm). Lô trái phiếu AGMH2123001 được phát hành vào ngày 9/11/2021 với tổng giá trị là 350 tỷ đồng và lô trái phiếu AGMH2223001 được phát hành vào ngày 14/3/2022 với tổng giá trị 300 tỷ đồng.

Sau đó, AGM đã tổ chức ĐHCĐ bất thường để tìm giải pháp cân đối nguồn vốn, xử lý các lô trái phiếu đã phát hành, và thông qua kế hoạch kinh doanh năm 2023, dừng phương án phát hành cổ phiếu.

Với lô trái phiếu AGMH2123001, Angimex đã nhận được văn bản của trái chủ đề nghị mua lại trước hạn. Còn lô trái phiếu phát hành năm 2022 (đã mua lại trước hạn 90 tỷ), công ty dự kiến khả năng trái chủ yêu cầu mua lại trước hạn tại thời điểm tròn 12 tháng kể từ ngày phát hành.

Trước những yêu cầu của trái chủ, Angimex được thông qua phương án xử lý một số tài sản đảm bảo trái phiếu; vay trung – dài hạn; thanh lý tài sản không cần dùng, các kho đang dừng hoạt động để lấy tiền trả nợ, lãi trái phiếu. Nếu thanh lý thành công, công ty sẽ có thêm 240 tỷ đồng để bổ sung vốn lưu động.

Về kế hoạch xử lý tình trạng mất cân đối vốn, dự kiến đến ngày 31/12/2022, tổng tài sản ngắn hạn của Angimex là 370 tỷ đồng, nợ ngắn hạn là 595 tỷ đồng, cân đối thiếu 225 tỷ đồng. Về phía AGM, Công công ty giả trình việc mất cân đối là do nhận chuyển nhượng các tài sản 197 tỷ đồng mua đất, kho ở Đồng Tháp và Tri Tôn, 32 tỷ đồng mua 19% góp vốn tại Công ty TNHH Angimex Furious.
