9 tháng năm 2022, AGM đạt doanh thu gần 3.092 tỷ đồng - tăng 33% YoY; lỗ ròng 35,6 tỷ. Theo thông tin gửi Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội (HNX), CTCP Xuất nhập khẩu An Giang (HM:AGM) - Angimex (Mã AGM - HOSE) cho biết do tình hình sản xuất kinh doanh gặp nhiều khó khăn, Công ty hiện không đủ khả năng thanh toán khoản lãi đến hạn kỳ 3 của gói trái phiếu AGMH2223001 (kỳ trả lãi từ 14/9 đến 14/12/2022).

Được biết, đây là lô trái phiếu có giá trị 300 tỷ đồng, phát hành ngày 14/3/2022, đáo hạn ngày 14/9/2023. Công ty đã mua lại trái phiếu trước hạn gần 90 tỷ đồng.

Trong thư gửi trái chủ, AGM cho biết tình hình sản xuất kinh doanh đang bị đình trệ và gặp nhiều khó khăn từ tháng 4/2022 sau sự kiện ông Đỗ Thành Nhân bị bắt.

Liên quan đến vụ ông Đỗ Thành Nhân, giữa tháng 12 vừa qua, ông Vũ Ngọc Long - Thành viên HĐQT AGM đã bị Cơ quan cảnh sát điều tra Bộ Công an (C03) ra quyết định tuy tố về hành vi thao túng thị tường chứng khoán.

Bắt đầu từ ngày 14/10/2022, các cổ đông lớn nhận chuyển nhượng cổ phần đang trong quá trình soát xét tình trạng tài chính và tình hình sản xuất kinh doanh của Công ty. HĐQT mới tiếp nhận cần có thời gian lập các kế hoạch tài chính, vực lại hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh một cách nhanh chóng trong đó có kế hoạch thực hiện nghĩa vụ của AGM với gói trái phiếu AGMH2223001.

Sau khi tạm hoãn họp ĐHCĐ bất thường lần 2/2022 mới đây, AGM dự kiến sẽ tiến hành tổ chức Hội nghị trái chủ trong thời gian sớm nhất để xin ý kiến trái chủ đối với gói trái phiếu trên.

Ở diễn biến liên quan, Agimex hồi tháng 11/2022 cũng đã xin hoãn thanh toán lãi đối với lô trái phiếu AGMH2123001 (phát hành ngày 9/11/2021, đáo hạn ngày 9/11/2023, lãi suất cố định 7%/năm giá trị phát hành là 350 tỷ) với lý do tương tự.

Tại ĐHCĐ sắp tới, AGM dự kiến trình cổ đông dừng phát hành cổ phiếu trả cổ tức các năm 2021 - 2022, dừng phát hành cổ phiếu thưởng và chào bán cho cổ đông hiện hữu.

9 tháng năm 2022, AGM đạt doanh thu gần 3.092 tỷ đồng - tăng 33% YoY; lỗ ròng 35,6 tỷ.

Tính đến 30/9, công ty có tổng nợ 1.277 tỷ - gấp 2,45 lần vốn chủ sở hữu; dư nợ vay trái phiếu dài hạn hơn 558 tỷ đồng; các khoản tiền và tương đương giảm mạnh từ 232 tỷ về gần 17 tỷ.

Trên thị trường, sau điều chỉnh, cổ phiếu AGM hiện giảm sâu về còn 9.590 đồng thị giá.
