Tạm kết phiên sáng 26/12, cổ phiếu IBC tiếp chuỗi “xanh lơ” phiên thứ 23 liên tiếp về mức 2.790 đồng/cp, tương ứng mất 85% thị giá so với hồi đầu tháng 11/2022. CTCP Apax Holdings (HOSE: HM:IBC) vừa báo cáo kết quả giao dịch cổ phiếu IBC của Chủ tịch HĐQT Nguyễn Ngọc Thủy (Shark Thủy) và CTCP Tập đoàn Giáo dục Egroup.

Cụ thể, từ ngày 20/12 đến 22/12, ông Nguyễn Ngọc Thủy đã bị Công ty Chứng khoán Bảo Việt (HN:BVS) (BVSC) bán giải chấp 113.800 cổ phiếu IBC. Theo đó, lượng nắm giữ của ông Thủy tại IBC xuống còn 6,5 triệu cổ phần, tương đương tỷ lệ 7,9%.

Cùng chiều, Egroup cũng bị CTCP Chứng khoán Mirea Asset (MAS (HN:MAS)) bán giải chấp 716.800 cổ phiếu IBC, giao dịch được thực hiện vào ngày 16/12, 19/12, 20/12 và 21/12. Cũng trong ngày 19/12, BVSC tiếp tục bán giải chấp 71.900 cổ phiếu IBC của Egroup. Sau làn sóng giải chấp, tỷ lệ sở hữu của Egroup tại Apax Holdings xuống còn 48,9% vốn điều lệ của IBC.

Trên thị trường chứng khoán, cổ phiếu IBC đã nằm sàn phiên thứ 23 liên tiếp về mức 2.790 đồng/cp.

Trong công văn giải trình gần nhất, đại diện công ty là Chủ tịch HĐQT Nguyễn Ngọc Thủy cho biết nhà đầu tư cổ phiếu IBC có vay ký quỹ hay thế chấp đã bị bán chủ động/bán giải chấp từ các công ty chứng khoán để nhanh chóng thu hồi vốn và hiện tượng này vẫn đang tiếp tục diễn ra.
