Có 30 nhà cung cấp nước ngoài lớn như Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT), Facebook, Netflix, Samsung, TikTok, eBay… đã nộp khoảng hơn 22 triệu USD tiền thuế. Tốc độ thu thuế bình quân giai đoạn 2018-2021 đạt 130%, đặc biệt tăng cao từ năm 2021, với khoảng gần 1.600 tỷ đồng.

Bộ Tài chính vừa gửi Quốc hội báo cáo thực hiện Nghị quyết 62 về hoạt động chất vấn tại kỳ họp thứ 3.

Báo cáo cho hay, để tạo thuận lợi trong việc thực hiện nhiệm vụ quản lý thuế trong hoạt động kinh doanh thương mại điện tử, Bộ Tài chính đã vận hành Cổng thông tin điện tử dành cho nhà cung cấp ở nước ngoài (NCCNN) và triển khai ứng dụng thuế điện tử trên nền tảng thiết bị di động (eTax Mobile).

Hàng nghìn tỷ đồng thu được từ các doanh nghiệp lớn như Facebook, Google (NASDAQ:GOOGL), Netflix, TikTok (ảnh minh hoạ).

Kể từ ngày 21/3 đến nay, cổng thông tin điện tử dành cho NCCNN đã có khoảng 140.600 lượt tải, cài đặt và sử dụng ứng dụng eTax Mobile; gần 69.500 giao dịch qua ngân hàng thương mại với tổng số tiền hơn 300 tỷ đồng. Có 30 nhà cung cấp nước ngoài lớn như Microsoft, Facebook, Netflix; Samsung; TikTok; eBay… đăng ký, kê khai trên cổng thông tin điện tử và nộp thuế với tổng số thuế khoảng hơn 22 triệu USD.

“Số thu này có xu hướng tăng trưởng qua các năm. Tốc độ thu bình quân giai đoạn 2018-2021 đạt 130%, đặc biệt tăng cao từ năm 2021, với khoảng gần 1.600 tỷ đồng, tăng 39% so với năm 2020”, Bộ Tài chính nhấn mạnh trong báo cáo.

Cụ thể, một số NCCNN được khai thuế, nộp thuế thay với số thu lớn đóng góp vào ngân sách nhà nước, như Facebook là gần 2.100 tỷ đồng; Google hơn 2.100 tỷ đồng; Microsoft hơn 700 tỷ đồng…

Theo thống kê, lũy kế số thu thuế từ xử lý vi phạm, chống thất thu với tổ chức, cá nhân Việt Nam có thu nhập từ kinh doanh thương mại điện tử, tới hết tháng 8 năm nay là khoảng gần 1.100 tỷ đồng

Đối với việc thu thuế đối với các tổ chức, cá nhân Việt Nam có thu nhập từ hoạt động kinh doanh thương mại điện tử, Bộ Tài chính cho biết lũy kế hết tháng 8/2022, cơ quan thuế đã thu được từ xử lý vi phạm, chống thất thu khoảng gần 1.100 tỷ đồng.
