Sau 9 tháng đầu năm 2022, Dược Hậu Giang (HM:DHG) đã hoàn thành 98% kế hoạch lợi nhuận với 836 tỷ đồng. CTCP Dược Hậu Giang (HOSE: DHG) vừa  thông báo nhận được quyết định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính và truy thu tổng cộng hơn 141 triệu đồng từ Tổng Cục thuế.

Cụ thể, DHG bị xử lý  vi phạm về thuế kỳ thuế năm 2019 - 2021. Trong đó, xử lý vi phạm hành chính 19,26 triệu đồng đối với hành vi khai sai dẫn đến thiếu số tiền thuế phải nộp và 26,152 triệu đồng tiền phạt chậm nộp.

Bên cạnh đó, DHG bị truy thu thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp (TNDN) và thuế giá trị gia tăng (GTGT) của các năm 2019, 2021 với tổng số tiền là 96,3 triệu đồng (64,3 triệu thuế TNDN và 31,9 triệu thuế GTGT).

Theo DHG, nguyên nhân vi phạm là do khai sai dẫn đến thiếu số thuế phải nộp. Vi phạm này là loại vi phạm thường gặp, không nghiêm trọng và không phải là hành vi trốn thuế. Công ty cũng khẳng định sẽ nộp đầy đủ số tiền thuế vào ngân sách nhà nước theo thời gian quy định.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, lũy kế 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 đạt 4.346 tỷ đồng, tăng 15% so với cùng kỳ và hoàn thành trên 79% kế hoạch cả năm. Lợi nhuận trước thuế đạt hơn 836 tỷ đồng, hoàn thành đến 98% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận được giao cho cả năm. Lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt mức tăng trưởng 24% lên 752 tỷ đồng.
