Cao su Đồng Phú (HM:DPR) cũng thống nhất thông qua kết quả kinh doanh với số lái trước thuế 191 tỷ đồng trong 10 tháng đầu năm. CTCP Cao su Đồng Phú (mã chứng khoán DPR) công bố Nghị quyết Hội đồng quản trị về việc thông qua kết quả sản xuất kinh doanh.

Theo đó, 10 tháng đầu năm 2022 tổng diện tích khai thác công ty đạt 4.780,26 ha, hoàn thành 100% kế hoạch. Diện tích tái canh đã thực hiện đạt 395,95 ha, vượt 1% kế hoạch.

Về sản lượng, sản lượng cao su khai thác đạt 8.496,21 tấn, đạt 95% kế hoạch. Với tiến độ này, Cao su Đồng Phú ước tính sẽ vượt 15% đến 20% kế hoạch khi kết thúc năm. Sản lượng chế biến đạt 10.840 tấn, hoàn thành 90% kế hoạch.

Về kết quả kinh doanh, lợi nhuận trước thuế 10 tháng đầu năm đạt 191 tỷ đồng, mới thực hiện được 59% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận được giao cho cả năm.

Ngoài ra Cao su Đồng Phú cũng thông qua kết quả sản xuất các công ty con, với tỷ lệ hoàn thành kế hoạch đến tháng 10 khá cao. Cao su Đồng Phú Krate đã hoàn thành 83% kế hoạch lợi nhuận. KCN Bắc Đồng Phú vượt 31% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận được giao. Cao su Đồng Phú Đắk Nông hoàn thành 80% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận và Cao su kỹ thuật Đồng Phú phấn đấu không lỗ năm 2022.

Cao su Đồng Phú cũng thống nhất ngày 21/11/2022 tới đây sẽ chốt danh sách cổ đông trả cổ tức còn lại năm 2021 bằng tiền. Tỷ lệ chi trả 20%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 1 cổ phiếu được nhận về 2.000 đồng.

Như vậy với 43 triệu cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, cao su Đồng Phú sẽ chi khoảng 86 tỷ đồng trả cổ tức đợt này cho cổ đông.

Kết quả kinh doanh, năm 2021 doanh thu Cao su Đồng Phú đạt 1.215 tỷ đồng - tăng 6,8% so với năm 2020 trong đó doanh thu từ kinh doanh mủ cao su đạt 860 tỷ đồng, đóng góp khoảng 71% tổng doanh thu. Doanh thu từ thanh lý cây cao su đạt 122 tỷ đồng. Tổng lợi nhuận trước thuế cả năm, đạt 594 tỷ đồng, vượt 41% kế hoạch. Lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 491 tỷ đồng, tăng 132% so với cùng kỳ. EPS thuộc TOP cao với 10.752 đồng. 

Cao su Đồng Phú (DPR) dự kiến lãi năm 2022 "bốc hơi" 31,3% YoY
