Thêm một công ty chứng khoán (CTCK) thông báo bán giải chấp cổ phiếu của các lãnh đạo Tổng CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Xây dựng (DIC Group, HOSE: DIG).

Ngày 08/11, Công ty TNHH Chứng khoán ACB (HM:ACB) (ACBS) thông báo bán giải chấp cổ phiếu thuộc tài khoản của ông Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn - Chủ tịch HĐQT DIG và ông Nguyễn Hùng Cường - con trai ông Tuấn kiêm Phó Chủ tịch HĐQT.

Theo đó, ACBS sẽ tiến hành bán giải chấp hơn 1.06 triệu cp DIG của Chủ tịch Tuấn từ ngày 09/11/2022. Với Phó Chủ tịch Cường, con số là 1.42 triệu cp. Chiếu theo thị giá lúc 9h30 ngày 09/11 là 14,100 đồng/cp, ước tính giá trị 2 thương vụ lần lượt gần 15 tỷ đồng và hơn 20 tỷ đồng.

Trước đó, ngày 07/11, cha con Chủ tịch DIG cũng bị CTCK Yuanta Việt Nam (YSVN) thông báo bán giải chấp lần lượt hơn 2.1 triệu cp và 1.47 triệu cp, tương ứng giá trị khoảng 32.5 tỷ đồng và 22.7 tỷ đồng (chiếu theo giá kết phiên 07/11 là 15,500 đồng/cp). Thời hạn thực hiện từ ngày 07/11 đến khi đảm bảo được tỷ lệ ký quỹ theo quy định.

Xa hơn nữa, trong thời gian từ 27-28/10/2022, Chủ tịch Nguyễn Thiện Tuấn đã bị bán giải chấp 3 triệu cp. Tương tự, ông Cường bị bán 1.4 triệu cp DIG trong ngày 30/10 và 01/11.

Ông Tuấn và ông Cường không phải là những cái tên duy nhất trong ban lãnh đạo DIG bị các CTCK tiến hành bán giải chấp cổ phiếu, trong giai đoạn thị giá mã này giảm sâu (rơi hơn 85% giá trị so với đỉnh 98,800 đồng/cp đầu năm). Ngày 08/11, CTCP Chứng khoán MB (HNX: HN:MBS) thông báo bán giải chấp gần 850 ngàn cp DIG do bà Nguyễn Thị Thanh Huyền - Phó Chủ tịch DIG nắm giữ, từ ngày 08/11 đến khi tỷ lệ ký quỹ đảm bảo quy định. Ngày 07/11, bà Huyền cũng nhận được thông báo tương tự của YSVN, về việc bán giải chấp 1.44 triệu cp DIG trong tài khoản.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu DIG từ đầu năm 2022

Trước đó, cổ đông lớn nhất của DIG là CTCP Đầu tư Phát triển Thiên Tân bị bán giải chấp hơn 4.2 triệu cp trong ngày 27/10/2022. Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ nắm giữ DIG của tổ chức này giảm từ 15.41% xuống còn 14.72%, tương ứng gần 89.8 triệu cp.
