Chủ tịch HĐQT - ông Trần Văn Mười đã mua 390 ngàn cp của CTCP Dịch vụ Nông nghiệp Bình Thuận (Bitagco, HOSE: ABS) theo hình thức khớp lệnh trên tổng số 3 triệu cp đăng ký trong giai đoạn từ 31/10-28/11/2022.

Kết thúc giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu tại ABS của ông Mười được nâng từ 19.325% (tương đương 15.46 triệu cp) lên hơn 19.8% (gần 15.9 triệu cp). Với thị giá trung bình trong giai đoạn trên là 6,871 đồng/cp, ước tính ông Mười đã chi gần 2.7 tỷ đồng để hoàn tất thương vụ.

Lý do không hoàn tất giao dịch đã đăng ký là diễn biến thị trường chưa thuận lợi.

Kết thúc quý 3/2022, ABS thu về hơn 5 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận ròng, tăng 46% so với cùng kỳ năm trước. Doanh thu thuần tăng 8%, đạt 165 tỷ đồng.

Lũy kế 9 tháng đầu năm 2022, ABS đạt gần 949 tỷ đồng doanh thu thuần, tăng 33% so với cùng kỳ. Trong đó, chiếm tỷ trọng lớn nhất trong cơ cấu doanh thu với tỷ lệ 81% là doanh thu bán phân bón các loại, sản phẩm khác thuộc nông nghiệp tăng 28%. Phần còn lại là doanh thu bán xăng dầu, nhớt các loại tăng hơn 97%. Lãi ròng 9 tháng đạt hơn 17 tỷ đồng, tăng 43% so với cùng kỳ.

So với đầu năm, giá cổ phiếu ABS đã giảm sâu. Từ đỉnh 29,100 đồng/cp ngày 11/01, thị giá hiện chia 5, chỉ còn 5,800 đồng/cp (kết phiên 28/11).
