CTCP Tập đoàn Dabaco Việt Nam (HOSE: HM:DBC) vừa thông qua quyết định của HĐQT về việc nhận chuyển nhượng 900,000 cp của CTCP Chế biến thực phẩm Dabaco (Công ty con của DBC) từ ông Nguyễn Như So.

Theo đó, DBC dự kiến nhận chuyển nhượng 900,000 cp, trị giá theo mệnh giá 9 tỷ đồng, tương ứng 3.91% vốn điều lệ của CTCP Chế biến thực phẩm Dabaco. Bên chuyển nhượng là ông Nguyễn Như So, Chủ tịch HĐQT DBC.

Việc chuyển nhượng diễn ra trong bối cảnh ông Nguyễn Như So vừa bán thành công 10 triệu cp DBC theo hình thức thỏa thuận trong ngày 02/11/2022 vì nhu cầu tài chính cá nhân.

Ngày 02/11, thị trường ghi nhận hơn 10 triệu cp DBC được giao dịch theo hình thức thỏa thuận, nhiều khả năng bao gồm giao dịch của ông So. Chiếu theo giá giao dịch 16,008 đồng/cp, ước tính ông So đã thu về hơn 161 tỷ đồng sau khi hoàn tất thương vụ. Qua đó, tỷ lệ sở hữu của ông tại DBC giảm từ 28.3% (tương đương 68.47 triệu cp) xuống còn 24.16% (tương đương 58.47 triệu cp).

Trước đó, 2 con gái ông So là Nguyễn Thu Hiền và Nguyễn Thị Tân Hòa cũng có động thái bán cổ phiếu DBC. Cụ thể, từ ngày 22-23/08, bà Hiền đã bán 3 triệu cp DBC, giảm tỷ lệ sở hữu từ 2.39% xuống còn 1.15%. Ngày 28/07, bà Hòa cũng bán 2 triệu cp DBC, giảm tỷ lệ sở hữu từ 3.05% còn 2.23%.

Động thái bán diễn ra trong lúc giá cổ phiếu DBC vừa trải qua đợt giảm mạnh từ đầu năm. Phiên sáng 18/10, giá cổ phiếu DBC đang ở mức 11,300 đồng/cp, lao dốc 70% so với đỉnh 37,181 đồng/cp (phiên 06/04).
