Trong tâm thư, Chủ tịch Đào Hữu Huyền của Tập đoàn Hóa chất Đức Giang (HOSE: DGC) khẳng định đây là lần đầu tiên sau 8 năm niêm yết, cổ phiếu DGC nằm sàn nhiều phiên liên tiếp như vậy, trong bối cảnh tình hình kinh doanh của Công ty đang đạt kết quả vượt mong đợi.

Mới đây, Chủ tịch Huyền đã có tâm thư gửi đến các cổ đông DGC và PAT (CTCP Phốt Pho Apatit Việt Nam – Công ty “cháu” của DGC, sở hữu thông qua Công ty TNHH MTV hóa chất Đức Giang - Lào Cai).

Theo đó, ông Huyền cho biết đây là lần đầu tiên trong 8 năm kể từ ngày niêm yết, cổ phiếu DGC sập sàn liên tiếp 5 phiên. Ông nhận định đây là điều bất thường khi xảy ra vào năm DGC gặt hái thành quả cao nhất từ trước tới nay – với doanh thu ước đạt trên 14 ngàn tỷ đồng, lãi sau thuế ước trên 6 ngàn tỷ đồng. Trong đó, riêng trong quý 4/2022, lợi nhuận tháng 10 và 11 ước tính rơi vào khoảng 800 tỷ đồng, gần như chắc chắn sẽ đạt kế hoạch đề ra trong kỳ (1,100 tỷ đồng).

Ông Huyền khẳng định Công ty vẫn đang hoạt động bình thường, có nền tảng tài chính tốt, gần như không có hàng tồn kho, không có nợ xấu. Ông hy vọng trong tương lai gần, cổ phiếu DGC sẽ diễn biến bình thường theo đúng giá trị vốn có.

Khác với tâm thư của Chủ tịch Huyền, cổ phiếu DGC thực chất mới chỉ “lau sàn” 4 phiên liên tiếp từ ngày 11-15/11 xuống còn 53,200 đồng/cp, giảm hơn 60% so với đỉnh 134,700 đồng/cp tại phiên 17/06 và cũng là vùng giá thấp nhất trong 14 tháng kể từ ngày 13/09/2021. Phiên ngày 16/11, cổ phiếu DGC tiếp tục nằm sàn ở thời điểm mở bán, nhưng pha đảo chiều bất ngờ từ thị trường đã giúp mã này bật tăng trần, do đó không cần giải trình với Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước. Kết phiên 16/11, thị giá DGC là 56,900 đồng/cp.

Sau khi cổ phiếu liên tục giảm sàn, Chủ tịch Huyền cũng có động thái đăng ký mua 1 triệu cp DGC nhằm tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu. Giao dịch dự kiến thực hiện từ ngày 17/11-16/12/2022 theo phương thức khớp lệnh. Nếu mua thành công, vị Chủ tịch sẽ nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu lên 18.38%, tương đương gần 69.8 triệu cp. Ước tính, giá trị của thương vụ rơi vào khoảng hơn 57 tỷ đồng.
