Trước đó trong 5 ngày của tháng 11 ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng đã bị bán giải châos 7,7 triệu cổ phiếu LDG (HM:LDG). Ngày 14/11/2022 CTCP Chứng khoán Rồng Việt (HM:VDS) (VDSC – mã chứng khoán VDS) có thông báo về việc bán giải chấp chứng khoán ký quỹ của khách hàng.

Theo đó Chứng khoán Rồng Việt dự kiến bán giải chấp 940.000 cổ phiếu LDG của ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng – Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Đầu tư LDG (LDG Investment).

Đây cũng không phải lần đầu Chủ LDG – ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng – bị các công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp cổ phiếu. Trước đó ngày 8/11/2022 công ty chứng khoán mới bán giải chấp gần 3,82 triệu cổ phiếu LDG của ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng.

Tiếp đó từ 9/11 đến 11/11/2022 công ty chứng khoán lại tiếp tục bán giải chấp gần 3,92 triệu cổ phiếu LDG. Tổng cộng 2 đợt trước đó, trong vòng 5 ngày ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng bị bán giải chấp 7,7 triệu cổ phiếu.

Tiếp sau thông báo lần này, tổng số cổ phiếu LDG ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng bị bán giải chấp nâng lên trên 8,6 triệu đơn vị.

Nguyên nhân chính khiến ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng tiếp tục bị bán giải chấp là do cổ phiếu LDg vẫn tiếp tục “rơi” tự do. Mở cửa phiên giao dịch sáng nay, thời điểm 9h46ph đã có hơn 1,5 triệu cổ phiếu LDG được giao dịch. LDG tiếp tục “nằm sàn” đưa tổng số phiên giảm điểm lên con số 10/11 phiên giao dịch từ đầu tháng 11 đến nay.

Hiện tại LDG đang giảm sàn về mức 3.220 đồng/cổ phiếu, vốn hoá doanh nghiệp còn xấp xỉ 1.300 tỷ đồng.
