Hàng loạt các lãnh đạo, người nhà, cổ đông lớn của nhiều doanh nghiệp bị bán giải chấp cổ phiếu. Ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng, Chủ tịch HĐQT của CTCP Đầu tư LDG (HM:LDG) (LDG Investment – mã chứng khoán LDG) thông báo bán 3.818.000 cổ phiếu, giảm lượng sở hữu từ hơn 26,41 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 11%) xuống còn hơn 22,59 triệu cổ phiếu (tỷ lệ 9,41%). Giao dịch thực hiện ngày 8/11/2022.

Trên thực tế đây là giao dịch do công ty chứng khoán bán giải chấp.

Ông Nguyễn Khánh Hưng bị bán giải chấp cổ phiếu LDG lần này chỉ sau lần trước đó chục ngày. Ngày 28/10/2022 ông Hưng cũn bị công ty chứngb khoán bán giải chấp 713.000 cổ phiếu LDG.

Chủ tịch của LDG Investment bị bán giải chấp cổ phiếu trong bối cảnh cổ phiếu này đang lao dốc, chạm đáy của rất nhiều năm. Đóng cửa phiên hôm nay LDG giảm nhẹ gần 100 đồng – nối tiếp là phiên giảm điểm thứ 6 liên tiếp. LDG đã thủng mốc 5.000 đồng, về dưới 4.300 đồng. Vốn hoá doanh nghiệpcofn hơn 1.000 tr đồng.

Đầu năm 2022 đến nay cổ phiếu LDG cũng thử thách sự chịu đựng của nhà đầu tư nhiều lần. LDG mở cửa phiên giao dịch đầu năm ở mức 21.500 đồng/cổ phiếu, nhanh chóng tăng lên mức 27.300 đồng/cổ phiếu chỉ mấy phiên sau đó – đóng cửa phiên giao dịch ngày 7/1/2022. Tuy vậy sau đó là chuỗi thử thách với 7 phiên giảm sàn trong tổng số 8 phiên giao dịch tiếp theo. Không chỉ dừng lại ở đó, LDG tiếp tục “lượn” lên xuống, về mức thấp nhất 15.100 đồng.cổ phiếu trước khi “trỗi dậy” lần nữa, lên vùng giá 22.500 đồng/cổ phiếu.

Sau dịp đó, LDG vẫn tiếp tục lượn sóng trước khi “rơi” mãi thủng mốc 5.000 đồng/cổ phiếu như hiện nay.

Làn sóng bị bán giải chấp cổ phiếu đang lan khá rộng khi nhiều cổ phiếu trên thị trưởng giảm sâu thời gian qua. Điển hình nhất là các lãnh đạo, cổ đông lớn, người nhà của DIC Corp (DIG (HM:DIG)) bị bán giải chấp lượng lớn cổ phiếu DIG. Lãnh đạo Xây dựng Hoà Bình (HBC (HM:HBC)), của CTCP Phát triển Nhà bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu (HDC (HM:HDC)), người nhà lãnh đạo Ngân hàng TMCP Quốc tế Việt Nam VIB (HM:VIB))… cũng bị bán giải chấp cổ phiếu.
