Kết phiên 30/11, KDH  tăng trần phiên thứ 4 liên tiếp lên 27.400 đồng/cp. Đáng chú ý, khối ngoại đã mua ròng mã này 20/21 gần nhất. Bà Mai Trần Thanh Trang, Chủ tịch HĐQT CTCP Đầu tư và Kinh doanh Nhà Khang Điền (HOSE: HM:KDH) thông báo đã hoàn thành mua 10 triệu cổ phiếu KDH từ ngày 4 - 29/11, theo phương thức giao dịch khớp lệnh trên sàn và giao dịch thỏa thuận.

Sau giao dịch, vị lãnh đạo này nâng lượng nắm giữ tại KDH từ 10,3 triệu đơn vị lên 20,3 triệu đơn vị, tương ứng 2,84% vốn điều lệ.

Trước đó, từ ngày 11 -15/11, nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital  đã chi gần 413 tỷ đồng để gom 20,5 triệu cổ phiếu KDH. Đến 25/11, quỹ ngoại này tiếp tục mua 1,1 triệu cổ phiếu KDH trong phiên 25/11. Sau giao dịch, số lượng cổ phiếu mà nhóm này nắm giữ tăng từ 63,9 triệu đơn vị lên 65 triệu đơn vị, tỷ lệ sở hữu tương ứng tăng từ 8,9176% lên 9,07%.

Cùng chiều, từ ngày 31/10 - 8/11, VOF Investment Limited, quỹ thuộc VinaCapital  đã mua thỏa thuận thành công 10 triệu cổ phiếu KDH, nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu lên 1,41%.

Hôm nay (ngày 30/11), cổ phiếu KDH  tăng trần phiên thứ 4 liên tiếp lên 27.400 đồng/cp.  Đáng chú ý, khối ngoại đã mua ròng mã này

20/21 gần nhất với tổng khối lượng hơn 55 triệu cổ phiếu.
