Tại thời điểm 30/9/2022, Chứng khoản Bản Việt - VCSC (HM:VCI) ghi nhận mức dư nợ trái phiếu ngắn hạn gần 1.760 tỷ đồng. HĐQT CTCP Chứng khoán Bản Việt - VCSC (HOSE: VCI) vừa thông qua nghị quyết về việc mua lại trước hạn trái phiếu với tổng giá trị gần 393 tỷ đồng. Lãi trái phiếu sẽ được thanh toán cùng lúc với khoản nợ gốc.

Cụ thể, VCSC dự định mua lại 5 lô trái phiếu: VB20206000.03.031 (28,8 tỷ đồng), VCIH2123002 (212,7 tỷ đồng), VCIH2123003 (49,7 tỷ đồng), VCIH2123006 (41 tỷ đồng), VCIH2123008 (60,4 tỷ đồng).

Tổng Giám đốc Tô Hải hoặc Phó Tổng Giám đốc Đinh Quang Hoàn được giao thực hiện các công việc có liên quan để hoàn thành việc mua lại trái phiếu.

Trước đó, ngày 2/11, VCI đã thông báo mua lại trước hạn 125 tỷ đồng trái phiếu, gồm 250 trái phiếu mã VCIH2123008 với tổng giá trị 25 tỷ đồng và 1.000 trái phiếu mã VCIH2123009 với tổng giá trị 100 tỷ đồng.

Theo BCTC quý 3/2022, tại thời điểm 30/9/2022, tổng nợ phải trả của VCSC là 9.110 tỷ đồng, giảm 10% so với đầu năm. Chiếm phần lớn là dư nợ vay ngắn hạn với 6.500 tỷ đồng (chủ yếu vay tại ngân hàng) và dư nợ phát hành trái phiếu ngắn hạn gần 1.760 tỷ đồng.

Về dư nợ trái phiếu, VCSC cho biết đây là các lô trái phiếu ghi danh không chuyển đổi do Công ty phát hành riêng lẻ cho nhà đầu tư cá nhân, tổ chức trong và ngoài nước. Các trái phiếu có mệnh giá 10 triệu đồng, 100 triệu đồng, kỳ hạn 24 tháng kể từ ngày phát hành. Trái chủ có quyền yêu cầu Công ty mua lại trước ngày đáo hạn.
