Nếu phát hành thành công, vốn điều lệ của SSI (HM:SSI) sẽ tăng thêm 100 tỷ đồng lên mức 14.990 tỷ. CTCP Chứng khoán SSI (Mã SSI - HOSE) thông báo Nghị quyết HĐQT về việc thông qua triển khai phương án phát hành cổ phiếu ESOP và quy chế phát hành.

Theo thông báo, SSI sẽ phát hành tối đa 10 triệu cổ phiếu với giá phát hành bằng mệnh giá 10.000 đồng/cổ phiếu. Đối tượng phát hành là thành viên HĐQT, nhân sự chủ chốt của SSI và công ty con.

Thời gian thực hiện trong quý 4/2022 đến hết năm 2023.

50% tổng lượng phát hành sẽ được phép chuyển nhượng sau 2 năm và phần còn lại sẽ được phép chuyển nhượng sau 3 năm kể từ ngày hoàn tất đợt phát hành.

Nếu phát hành thành công, vốn điều lệ của SSI sẽ tăng thêm 100 tỷ đồng lên mức 14.990 tỷ.

Trên thị trường, cổ phiếu SSI kết phiên 19/12/2022 đứng giá 20.500 đồng - cao hơn 105% so với giá chào bán dự tính. Đáng nói trong phiên, có thời điểm cố phiếu này tăng lên mức 21.850 đồng thị giá. Thậm chí đến trước phiên ATC, cổ phiếu này vẫn tăng nhẹ lên mức 21.000 đồng. Tuy nhiên, lệnh bán gần 2,7 triệu đơn vị tại giá tham chiếu đã lấy đi sắc xanh của cổ phiếu đầu ngành chứng khoán.

Thanh khoản cuối phiên này đạt hơn 41,7 triệu cổ phiếu - cao thứ 2 trong lịch sử giao dịch của mã kể từ năm 2007 (phiên 3/12/2021 khớp lệnh hơn 44,9 triệu đơn vị).

Sau khoảng 3 tháng hồi mạnh từ mức thấp nhất phiên 16/11/2022 (13.050 đồng) - đáy kể từ tháng 10/2020 - tương ứng mức tăng 59,4%, cổ phiếu SSI bắt đầu diễn biến giằng co quanh vùng giá 20.000 đồng trong 2 tuần trở lại đây. Mã hiện vẫn chưa thể bứt mạnh khỏi đường MA100 (ngưỡng 19.800 đồng) - đặc biệt là sau mẫu nến rút chân trong phiên hôm nay.
