Cổ phiếu CII (HM:CII) đã tăng 32% chỉ trong vòng 2 tuần gần đây. Bà Phạm Thị Thuý Hằng, vợ ông Lê Quốc Bình – Tổng Giám đốc CTCP Đầu tư Hạ tầng kỹ thuật Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (mã chứng khoán CII) vừa công bố thông tin giao dịch cổ phiếu CII.

Theo đó chỉ trong vòng vài tuần, từ 15/11 đến 29/11/2022 bà Thuý Hằng đã hoàn tất mua vào 2 triệu cổ phiếu CII đăng ký mua trước đó, nâng lượng sở hữu sau giao dịch lên 3 triệu cổ phiếu. Đây là giao dịch thực hiện khớp lệnh và thoả thuận qua sàn.

Thời điểm từ 15/11 cũng là lúc CII bắt đầu “quay đầu” đi lên sau chuỗi giảm giá mạnh. Kết thúc phiên 15/11 CII vẫn giảm sàn về mức 10.750 đồng/cổ phiếu. Tuy vậy từ đó đến 29/11 đã tăng lên mức 14.200 đồng/cổ phiếu, tương ứng tăng 32% chỉ trong vòng 2 tuần.

Không chỉ nhanh tay “bắt đáy”, mà khi CII đã tăng trở lại, bà Thuý Hằng vẫn tiếp tục đăng ký mua thêm 1 triệu cổ phiếu nhằm gia tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu. Giao dịch dự kiến thực hiện từ 5/12/2022 đến 3/1/2023.
