Mới đây, Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư Gex, đơn vị có liên quan đến ông Nguyễn Văn Tuấn đã đăng ký bán 80 triệu cổ Gelex (GEX (HM:GEX)). Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư Gex, cổ đông lớn của CTCP Gelex thông báo vừa tiến hành mua lại 383 tỷ đồng trái phiếu trước hạn. Giao dịch được thực hiện trong 3 ngày 9/12, 13/12 và 15/12.

Đây là lô trái phiếu GEXCH2126001 phát hành ngày 11/6/2021 và dự kiến đáo hạn ngày 11/6/2026. Trước đó vào tháng 5, công ty này cũng tiến hành mua lại 617 tỷ đồng của lô trái phiếu nói trên, tổng 2 lần mua lại là 1.000 tỷ đồng.

Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư Gex hiện đang nắm giữ gần 113,3 triệu cổ phiếu GEX, tương đương 13,3% vốn điều lệ công ty này. Vào ngày 9/12 vừa qua, Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư GEX đã đăng ký bán 80 triệu cổ phiếu GEX, tương đương 9,39% tổng số cổ phiếu đang lưu hành.

Giao dịch sẽ được thực hiện bằng phương thức khớp lệnh hoặc thỏa thuận, từ 14/12/2022 đến ngày 12/01/2023. Sau giao dịch, Công ty TNHH MTV Đầu tư GEX sẽ không còn là cổ đông lớn tại Gelex. khi lượng nắm giữ giảm về 33,2 triệu cổ phiếu tương đương 3,91% vốn điều lệ của Tập đoàn này.

Về phần Gelex, trong tháng cuối năm, doanh nghiệp này cũng đẩy mạnh hoạt động mua lại trái phiếu trước hạn.

Cụ thể, ngày 5/12, Gelex vừa mua lại 1,2 tỷ đồng trái phiếu trước hạn mã BondGEX/2020.02 để giảm lượng trái phiếu lưu hành từ 130,3 tỷ đồng về 129,1 tỷ đồng.

Cùng ngày, GEX cũng mua lại 3,2 tỷ đồng trái phiếu trước hạn mã BondGEX/2020.01 để giảm lượng lưu hành từ 64,8 tỷ đồng về 61,6 tỷ đồng.

Mới đây, HĐQT GEX thông qua phương án mua lại 777 trái phiếu mệnh giá 100 triệu đồng/trái phiếu, tương ứng 77,7 tỷ đồng, mã trái phiếu TP.GEX.2020.01, thời gian dự kiến mua từ ngày 9/12/2022 cho đến khi hết dư nợ trái phiếu.

Mặt khác, tập đoàn dự định mua lại 200 tỷ đồng trái phiếu trước hạn mã GEXH2124002 vào ngày 23/12/2022.
