Cũng gấp rút như lúc giảm 26 phiên sàn, cổ phiếu IBC của Apax Holdings (HM:IBC) tăng thẳng đứng với 8 phiên trần liên tiếp và chưa có dấu hiệu dừng lại. Nhìn lại trong hơn 1 tháng qua, cổ phiếu này chỉ toàn tăng trần hoặc giảm sàn.

Ngay từ đầu phiên, giá cổ phiếu IBC đã tăng kịch trần lên 4,110 đồng/cp với dư mua trần hơn 5 triệu cp (tính tới lúc 13h). Nếu đà tăng này duy trì, đây sẽ là phiên tăng trần thứ 8 liên tiếp của IBC.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu IBC

Những bước leo dốc nhanh chóng của IBC được đặt trong bối cảnh cổ phiếu này vừa giảm sàn 26 phiên liên tiếp và các công ty chứng khoán tiếp tục bán giải chấp cổ phiếu. Từ ngày 30/12/2022-06/01/2023, CTCK Mirae Asset đã bán giải chấp 2.7 triệu cp IBC.

Hiện vẫn chưa rõ lý do cho đà leo dốc quật khởi của cổ phiếu IBC. Trong giải trình vào ngày 09/01/2023, Apax Holdings cho biết: “Việc giá cổ phiếu IBC liên tục tăng trần đến từ cung cầu của thị trường chứng khoán và do quyết định của nhà đầu tư”.

Apax Holdings đứng sau chuỗi trung tâm Anh ngữ Apax Leaders, hệ thống mầm non Igarten, trường liên cấp Firbank Australia... Đây là công ty duy nhất trong hệ sinh thái Egroup của ông Nguyễn Ngọc Thủy (hay còn được biết tới là Shark Thủy) được niêm yết trên sàn chứng khoán.

Thời gian gần đây, thị trường dậy sóng trước thông tin chuỗi trung tâm Anh ngữ Apax Leaders vướng nhiều lùm xùm về chất lượng dạy học, chậm trả hoặc nợ lương nhân viên. Theo ông Thủy, những khó khăn này bắt nguồn từ tác động của giai đoạn dịch bệnh, trong đó rắc rối lớn nhất là dòng tiền.

“Việc đóng cửa các trung tâm tiếng Anh khiến chúng tôi gặp rất nhiều khó khăn. Khi tăng trưởng nóng với việc mở nhiều trung tâm vào giai đoạn 2019 cùng phần chủ quan trên đà chiến thắng nên chúng tôi đi khá nhanh và đã gặp một cú vấp quá lớn. Những điểm mở ra nhiều nhất lại rơi vào năm 2019, do đó mới hoạt động thời gian ngắn đã phải đóng cửa vì Covid-19”, ông Thủy cho biết.

Hiện ông Thủy dự định tái cấu trúc hệ sinh thái trong 2-3 năm tới và mong nhà đầu tư có thể tiếp tục tái ký thỏa thuận và giảm lãi để hỗ trợ công ty.
