Từ đầu tháng 11/2022 đến nay, khối ngoại đã mua ròng 24/27 phiên tại cổ phiếu KDH với tổng giá trị khoảng 1.325 tỷ đồng. VOF Investment Limited thuộc CTCP Quản lý Quỹ VinaCapital vừa thông báo đăng ký giao dịch tại cổ phiếu KDH của CTCP Đầu tư và Kinh doanh nhà Khang Điền (HM:KDH) (sàn HOSE).

Cụ thể, VinaCapital đăng ký bán ra toàn bộ 10 triệu cổ phiếu KDH đang sở hữu (tỷ lệ 1,41% vốn Nhà Khang Điền) nhằm cơ cấu danh mục đầu tư.

Giao dịch dự kiến được thực hiện theo phương thức thỏa thuận và khớp lệnh từ ngày 12/12/2022 đến 10/1/2023.

Đáng nói, thông báo bán ra của VOF Investment Limited diễn ra chỉ một tháng sau khi quỹ thuộc VinaCapital hoàn tất mua vào 10 triệu cổ phiếu KDH từ ngày 31/10 đến 8/11/2022.

Trong thời gian này, cổ phiếu KDH xuất hiện nhiều giao dịch thỏa thuận với tổng khối lượng 15,12 triệu đơn vị. Tổng giá trị giao dịch lên đến 297 tỷ đồng tương đương giá thỏa thuận bình quân vào khoảng 19.650 đồng/cổ phiếu. Ước tính tại mức giá này, số tiền VOF phải chi cho thương vụ trên vào khoảng 196,5 tỷ đồng.

Động thái mua vào của quỹ ngoại diễn ra trong bối cảnh KDH liên tục giảm mạnh (từ 22.700 - 20.300 đồng) và có thời điểm đã rơi xuống mức thấp nhất kể từ giữa tháng 8/2020.

Kết phiên giao dịch ngày 7/12/2022, cổ phiếu KDH tăng 1,2% lên mức 29.900 đồng (phiên 5/12 thậm chí đóng cửa ở mức 31.100 đồng) - tăng tới hơn 72% sau 3 tuần tạo đáy.

Nếu so với giá VinaCapital mua vào, tạm tính nhóm này đã lãi hơn 52% giá trị sau 1 tháng bắt đáy.

Ở diễn biến liên quan, cuối tháng 11 vừa qua, bà Mai Trần Thanh Trang - Chủ tịch HĐQT Nhà Khang Điền cũng đã hoàn tất mua vào 10 triệu cổ phiếu KDH nhằm nâng sở hữu từ 1,44% lên 2,84% vốn điều lệ. 

Tương tự, ngày 11/11, nhóm quỹ liên quan đến Dragon Capital đã hoàn tất mua thêm 19 triệu cổ phiếu KDH nhằm nâng tỷ lệ sở hữu từ 4,99% lên 7,64% và trở lại làm cổ đông lớn từ ngày 15/11 (với việc đang nắm giữ gần 54,8 triệu cổ phiếu).

Đây cũng là diễn biến chung của khối ngoại tại cổ phiếu VN30 này kể từ đầu tháng 11/2022 trở lại đây.

Cụ thể, khối ngoại đã mua ròng 24/27 phiên với tổng khối lượng gần 61,2 triệu cổ phiếu - tương ứng giá trị vào ròng khoảng 1.325 tỷ đồng.
