Từ ngày 17/01/2023, cổ phiếu của Tổng Công ty Khoáng sản TKV - CTCP (UPCoM: KSV) sẽ hủy đăng ký giao dịch trên UPCoM để chuyển sang niêm yết tại Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội (HNX).

Cổ phiếu KSV sẽ được giao dịch cuối cùng trên hệ thống giao dịch UPCoM vào ngày 16/01/2023.

Trước đó, HNX đã chấp thuận cho KSV niêm yết 200 triệu cp, với tổng giá trị niêm yết theo mệnh giá là 2,000 tỷ đồng. Tuy nhiên, thời gian và giá tham chiếu cho ngày đầu niêm yết chưa được xác định.

Tổng Công ty Khoáng sản TKV đưa cổ phiếu KSV lên sàn chứng khoán lần đầu vào ngày 28/07/2016 với số lượng 200 triệu cp. Giá tham chiếu là 13,000 đồng/cp và giá kết phiên giao dịch đầu tiên ở mức 11,000 đồng/cp.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu KSV từ khi giao dịch UPCoM đến nay

Sau gần 6 năm rưỡi giao dịch trên UPCoM, giá cổ phiếu KSV hiện đang giao dịch tại mức 25,500 đồng/cp (phiên sáng 04/01/2023) - gấp 2.32 lần giá tham chiếu trong phiên giao dịch đầu tiên. Đáng chú ý, giá cổ phiếu này từng đạt đỉnh 57,600 đồng/cp trong phiên 09/03/2022.

So với mức đỉnh đạt được, cổ phiếu này đã mất gần 56% giá trị. Cùng với đó, thanh khoản cũng giảm mạnh từ ngưỡng trung bình 5 chữ số/phiên về mức hiện tại.

Mặc dù có khối lượng lưu hành thuộc loại lớn trên sàn UPCoM song thanh khoản của cổ phiếu KSV chỉ đạt trung bình hơn 3,546 cp/phiên.

Nguyên nhân xuất phát từ cơ cấu cổ đông của Tổng Công ty Khoáng sản TKV cô đặc, khi Tập đoàn Công nghiệp Than - Khoáng sản Việt Nam - Vinacomin hiện là công ty mẹ nắm tới hơn 196.1 triệu cp (tỷ lệ 98.1% vốn); số cổ phiếu còn lại quá ít để giúp mã này ghi nhận những phiên giao dịch với thanh khoản đột biến.
