Mới đây, CTCP Tập đoàn Kỹ nghệ gỗ Trường Thành (HOSE: TTF) có giải trình về việc cổ phiếu TTF tăng trần liên tục 5 phiên.

Cụ thể, từ ngày 16 đến 22/11/2022, cổ phiếu TTF tăng trần 5 phiên liên tiếp. Công ty cho biết, hiện các hoạt động kinh doanh của TTF vẫn bình thường và không có biến động đặc biệt nào trong hoạt động của Công ty. Việc giá cổ phiếu TTF tăng trần 5 phiên liên tiếp là do cung cầu thị trường chứng khoán, quyết định mua bán cổ phiếu do nhà đầu tư quyết định nằm ngoài kiểm soát của Công ty.

Được biết trong 5 phiên trần liên tiếp (từ ngày 16 - 22/11), giá cổ phiếu TTF tăng từ 3,100 lên 4,320 đồng/cp, tương ứng tăng 39%. Thanh khoản các phiên này cũng sôi nổi hơn với khối lượng dao động từ 2 – 4.2 triệu đơn vị/phiên.

Trong ngày 18, TTF công bố thông tin về việc ông Mai Hữu Tín - Chủ tịch HĐQT đăng ký mua 10 triệu cp TTF trong khoảng thời gian từ 23 /11 - 22/12. Mục đích của giao dịch là tăng tỷ lệ sở hữu. Trước giao dịch, ông Tín không sở hữu cổ phiếu TTF nào. Nếu giao dịch thành công, ông Tín sẽ sở hữu 10 triệu cp, ứng với 2.43% vốn của TTF.
