Sáng nay FinFast công bố thông tin đã nộp hồ sơ đăng ký niêm yết lên Ủy ban Giao dịch Chứng khoán Mỹ để phát hành cổ phiếu phổ thông lần đầu ra công chúng. Phiên giao dịch hôm nay 7/1/2022 cổ phiếu VIC của Tập đoàn Vingroup (HM:VIC) có phiên tăng trần lên mức 71.200 đồng/cổ phiếu. Khối lượng giao dịch cũng tăng đột biến so với những phiên trước đó, đạt hơn 9 triệu cổ phiếu. Tổng giá trị giao dịch đạt 665 tỷ đồng. Các nhà đầu tư nước ngoài mua vào hơn 5,5 triệu cổ phiếu trong phiên và bán ra khoảng 1,3 triệu cổ phiếu.

Thông tin cổ phiếu VIC tăng trần hôm nay không nằm ngoài dự đoán của các nhà đầu tư khi sáng sớm hôm nay VinFast công bố thông tin thông cáo báo chí tại Singapore. Nội dung thông cáo báo chí cho biết VinFast đã nộp hồ sơ đăng ký niêm yết lên Ủy ban Giao dịch Chứng khoán Mỹ (“SEC”) để phát hành cổ phiếu phổ thông lần đầu ra công chúng.

VinFast dự kiến niêm yết cổ phiếu phổ thông trên sàn Nasdaq với mã VFS. “Hậu thuẫn” đằng sau cho việc VinFast niêm yết tại Mỹ là hệ thống các ngân hàng, công ty chứng khoán có tên tuổi đồng hành: Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC và J.P. Morgan Securities LLC sẽ đóng vai trò Ngân hàng dựng sổ chính, kiêm đại diện của các nhà bảo lãnh phát hành cho đợt chào bán được đề xuất. BNP Paribas Securities Corp., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC và Wolfe | Liên minh Nomura cũng sẽ là các bên đồng dựng sổ. Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated sẽ đóng vai trò đồng quản lý.

Sự kiện VinFast nộp hồ sơ đăng ký niêm yết chứng khoán tại Nasdaq tiếp sau sự kiện VinFast khẩu khẩu lô xe điện 999 chiếc VF8 ra thị trường Quốc tế mấy ngày trước là tác nhân khiến cho cổ phiếu VIC và những cổ phiếu “trong họ” tăng mạnh.

Nhà đầu tư, những người quan tâm ngành công nghiệp trong nước vẫn còn lưu lại hình ảnh chiếc tàu Sliver Queen mang dòng chữ VinFast chở những chiếc ô tô điện ngạo nghễ xuất cảng tại Hải Phòng đánh dấu bước tiến mới, bước tiến quan trọng của ngành công nghiệp xe hơi Việt Nam.

Những chiếc ô tô này dự kiến cập cảng California (Mỹ) trong tháng 12 để bàn giao cho những khách hàng đầu tiên. Và chỉ vài tuần sau lễ xuất quân hoành tráng, VinFast lại tiếp thêm niềm tin cho người quan tâm bằng thông tin niêm yết cổ phiếu trên sàn chứng khoán Mỹ.

Không chỉ cổ phiếu VIC tăng trần, mà phiên giao dịch hôm nay 7/12 cổ phiếu khác trong “họ” Vingroup cũng tăng mạnh như VHM (HM:VHM) với tỷ lệ tăng 0.91% lên 55.500 đồng/cổ phiếu. VRE (HM:VRE) cũng tăng 0,51% lên mức 29.500 đồng/cổ phiếu.

Với phiên tăng trần hôm nay, vốn hoá của Vingroup tăng thêm hơn 17.500 tỷ đồng so với đầu ngày, lên 271.550 tỷ đồng.
