Theo thông báo của Sở Giao dịch Chứng khoán Hà Nội (HNX), cổ phiếu VMT của CTCP Giao nhận Vận tải Miền Trung sẽ được giao dịch trên sàn UPCoM từ ngày 06/01/2023.

HNX đã có quyết định chấp thuận việc đăng ký giao dịch của cổ phiếu VMT vào ngày 28/12/2022. Số lượng cổ phiếu đăng ký giao dịch là 3.15 triệu cp, sẽ chính thức “chào sàn” UPCoM vào ngày 06/01/2023.

VMT tiền thân là chi nhánh của Công ty Giao nhận Kho vận Ngoại thương TPHCM tại Đà Nẵng, được thành lập vào năm 1998. Đến năm 2022, chi nhánh được Bộ Thương mại chuyển thành CTCP Giao nhận Vận tải Miền Trung như hiện nay.

Từ vốn điều lệ ban đầu là 3 tỷ đồng, vốn điều lệ của Công ty tại thời điểm cuối năm 2022 là 31.5 tỷ đồng.

Ngày 06/10/2022, VMT chính thức trở thành công ty đại chúng theo công văn của Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước.

Hoạt động kinh doanh của Công ty chủ yếu là cung cấp dịch vụ giao nhận vận tải đường biển, hàng không, vận tải đa phương thức, thuê tàu, chuyển phát nhanh, dịch vụ kho bãi logistics, khai thuê Hải quan,…

Năm 2021, doanh thu thuần và lãi sau thuế của VMT đạt lần lượt gần 68 tỷ đồng và hơn 8 tỷ đồng, tăng hơn 63% và 84% so với kết quả năm 2020. Trong cơ cấu doanh thu, doanh thu từ dịch vụ vận tải chiếm phần lớn với gần 65 tỷ đồng, còn lại là doanh thu cho thuê kho bãi (gần 3 tỷ đồng) và doanh thu cho thuê văn phòng (515 triệu đồng).

Công ty mẹ của VMT tại ngày 15/12/2022 là CTCP Transimex (HOSE: TMS (HM:TMS)). Dù chỉ có tỷ lệ sở hữu là 37.8% (22.49% sở hữu trực tiếp và 15.31% sở hữu gián tiếp) nhưng TMS có tỷ lệ biểu quyết tại VMT là 50.38% (22.49% trực tiếp và 27.89% gián tiếp).
