Bà Nguyễn Liên Hương đăng ký mua 1 triệu cp của CTCP Tập đoàn GELEX (HOSE: GEX) với lý do đầu tư tài chính. Thời gian giao dịch dự kiến từ 19/10-17/11/2022.

Về mối liên hệ, bà Nguyễn Liên Hương là con gái của ông Nguyễn Hoa Cương - Chủ tịch GEX, người đang nắm giữ hơn 11.1 triệu cp (tương đương 1.306% cổ phần Công ty).

Nếu giao dịch thành công, bà Hương sẽ sở hữu hơn 1 triệu cp GEX, tương đương 0.12% vốn tại Công ty. Chiếu theo thị giá kết phiên 17/10 là 15,150 đồng/cp, ước tính giá trị thương vụ hơn 15 tỷ đồng.

Thời gian gần đây, giá cổ phiếu GEX trên đà giảm điểm theo xu hướng chung của thị trường. Cùng với đó, cổ đông lớn là nhóm quỹ thuộc Dragon Capital cũng có động thái bán bớt cổ phần tại Công ty.

Cụ thể, hai quỹ Norges Bank và Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited đã lần lượt bán 3.2 triệu cp và 2.2 triệu cp GEX. Kết quả, tổng tỷ lệ sở hữu của nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital tại GEX đã giảm từ 6.37% xuống còn 5.74%.

Tại phiên 07/10, thị trường chỉ ghi nhận 145,000 cp GEX được giao dịch thỏa thuận. Do đó, khả năng cao toàn bộ giao dịch của nhóm quỹ đều thông qua khớp lệnh. Với giá đóng cửa phiên 07/10 là 15,300 đồng/cp, ước tính Dragon Capital đã thu về gần 83 tỷ đồng từ các thương vụ trên.

Về hoạt động kinh doanh, trong 6 tháng đầu năm, GEX đạt doanh thu 17,715 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận trước thuế 1,485 tỷ đồng, lần lượt tăng 34% và 47% so với cùng kỳ năm 2021. Trong đó, mảng thiết bị điện đóng góp 8,896 tỷ đồng doanh thu, chiếm 49% tổng doanh thu thuần Tập đoàn; vật liệu xây dựng đóng góp 4,503 tỷ đồng, chiếm 25%; bất động sản và hạ tầng khu công nghiệp đóng góp 3,381 tỷ đồng, chiếm 20%; sản xuất kinh doanh điện nước đóng góp 784 tỷ đồng, chiếm 4.5% và doanh thu khác 110 tỷ đồng, chiếm 1.5% doanh thu thuần Tập đoàn.

Từ đỉnh lịch sử 48,213 đồng/cp phiên 11/01/2022, giá cổ phiếu GEX hiện tại đã chia 3 lần giá trị.
