Tạm dừng phiên sáng 11/11, Novaland (HM:NVL) về mức 41.850 đồng/cp, tương ứng giảm 52% sau 2 tháng và giảm 36% so với thời điểm ông Cao Nhật Quân mua vào. Ông Bùi Cao Nhật Quân (con trai Chủ tịch HĐQT Bùi Thành thông báo đã mua xong 2 triệu cổ phiếu CTCP Tập đoàn Đầu tư Địa ốc No Va - Novaland (HOSE: NVL) từ ngày 14/10 đến 3/11. Phương thức giao dịch là khớp lệnh và thoả thuận.

Sau giao dịch, số lượng cổ phiếu do ông Quân nắm giữ tăng lên hơn 83,24 triệu đơn vị, tương ứng  gần 4,269% vốn điều lệ. Tạm chiếu theo thị giá NVL trong thời gian diễn ra giao dịch, ước tính ông Quân đã chi khoảng hơn 129 tỷ đồng cho thương vụ trên.

Đáng chú ý, ngay sau giao dịch của ông Quân, NVL giảm sàn 7 phiên liên tiếp ngày 3/11 - 11/11. Tạm dừng phiên sáng 11/11, NVL về mức 41.850 đồng/cp, tương ứng giảm 52% sau 2 tháng và giảm 36% so với thời điểm ông Quân mua vào. Theo đó, tạm tính ông Quân đã lỗ hơn 45 tỷ cho 2 triệu cổ phiếu mới gom.

Hôm qua (10/11), CTCP Tập đoàn Đầu tư Địa ốc No Va - Novaland (HOSE: NVL) đã có văn bản giải trình về việc cổ phiếu giảm sàn 5 phiên liên tiếp từ ngày 3-9/11.

Cụ thể, Novaland cho biết cổ phiếu NVL được niêm yết và giao dịch công khai trên sàn HOSE. Giá cổ phiếu giảm thời gian gần đây do yếu tố tâm lý trên thị trường chứng khoán và bị tác động bởi nhiều điều kiện vĩ mô.

Về kết quả kinh doanh, lợi nhuận trước thuế quý 3/2022 của Novaland giảm 18% còn 737 tỷ đồng; lãi sau thuế còn 236 tỷ đồng - giảm 56% YoY và giảm 70% so với quý 2.

Phía tập đoàn cho biết nguyên nhân chính khiến lợi nhuận của Novaland giảm là do chi phí tài chính tăng mạnh thêm 615 tỷ đồng (chủ yếu vì chi phí lãi từ hợp đồng hợp tác đầu tư cũng như lỗ tỷ giá tăng so với cùng kỳ).

Luỹ kế 9 tháng năm 2022, doanh thu thuần Novaland giảm 23% đạt 7.894 tỷ đồng; lãi sau thuế 2.054 tỷ đồng - giảm 19% so với cùng kỳ.

Được biết năm 2022, tập đoàn đặt mục tiêu doanh thu gần 36.000 tỷ đồng và lãi sau thuế 6.500 tỷ. Như vậy sau 3 quý, doanh nghiệp đã thực hiện được 22% kế hoạch doanh thu và gần 32% chỉ tiêu lợi nhuận sau thuế.
