Cổ phiếu Dầu khí IDICO (ICN) hiện được giao dịch quanh mức 92.500 đồng/cp, tương ứng tăng 70% so với vùng đáy hồi tháng 6/2022. Tại cuộc họp ĐHĐCĐ bất thường năm 2022 tổ chức vào gày 4/11, CTCP Đầu tư Xây dựng Dầu khí IDICO (UPCoM: ICN) đã thông qua nhiều nội dung quan trọng như nâng kế hoạch kinh doanh 2022, phát hành cổ phiếu để tạm ứng cổ tức,...

Cụ thể, ICN điều chỉnh tăng kế hoạch kinh doanh năm 2022. Tổng doanh thu là 635 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận sau thuế gần 332.5 tỷ đồng, tăng lần lượt 87% và gấp gần 6 lần so với kế hoạch thông qua trước đó. Bên cạnh đó, ICN nâng mức cổ tức năm 2022 từ 45% trước đó lên 250%.

Theo đó, ICN dự kiến phát hành gần 8,4 triệu cổ phiếu để chia cổ tức với tỷ lệ 1:0,7. Thời gian phân phối cổ phiếu dự kiến trong quý 1/2023.

Trước đó, ngày 31/10, ICN tạm ứng cổ tức năm 2022 bằng tiền, tỷ lệ 45%. Đây cũng là mức chia cổ tức bằng tiền mặt cao nhất kể từ khi ICN bắt đầu giao dịch trên sàn UPCoM năm 2015. 

Tổng CTCP IDICO (HNX: IDC (HN:IDC)) hiện là công ty mẹ và đang nắm giữ hơn 6.1 triệu cổ phiếu, tương ứng 51% vốn.Theo đó, IDC đã nhận về hơn 27,4 tỷ đồng cổ tức từ ICN.
