VOC (HN:VOC) hiện sở hữu 24% cổ phần của Calofic - doanh nghiệp có thị phần đứng đầu trên thị trường dầu ăn với nhiều thương hiệu như Neptune, Simply,... HĐQT Vocarimex (UPCoM: VOC), công ty của CTCP Tập đoàn Kido (HOSE: KDC) vừa thông quan nghị quyết thoái vốn khỏi Công ty TNHH Calofic. 

Cụ thể, VOC thống nhất tái cấu trúc khoản đầu tư tài chính tại Calofic và chuyển nhượng 24% cổ phần của Công ty cho đối tác là Siteki Investment Ple Ltd. Giá trị chuyển nhượng được thoả thuận giữa hai bên là 2.158 tỷ đồng. HĐQT uỷ quyền cho bà Nguyễn Thị Xuân Liễu, Tổng Giám đốc làm người đại diện VOC để thực hiện các thủ tục liên quan.

Calofic tên đầy đủ là Công ty TNHH Calofic, liên doanh giữa Vocarimex và Tập đoàn Wilmar International của Singapore. Calofic hiện là doanh nghiệp có thị phần đứng đầu trên thị trường dầu ăn với nhiều thương hiệu phổ biến như Neptune, Simply, Meizan, Cái Lân.

Về Vocarimex, hiện KDC (HM:KDC) đang nắm giữ 87,3% vốn điều lệ của VOC, tương ứng 106,3 triệu cổ phiếu. VOC đóng vai trò quan trọng trong chuỗi giá trị ngành dầu của KDC khi sở hữu hệ thống cầu cảng và bồn chứa lớn, là đơn vị nhập khẩu dầu thô và cung cấp nguyện liệu cho các công ty dầu khác trong tập đoàn như TAC (HM:TAC), Golden Hope…

Quý 3/2022 VOC ghi nhận doanh thu 452 tỷ đồng, tăng 38% so với cùng kỳ; lãi sau thuế 6,6 tỷ đồng, trong khi cùng kỳ lỗ 1,5 tỷ đồng.
