Về tình hình kinh doanh, 9 tháng 2022, DCM (HM:DCM) ghi nhận doanh thu gần 11.500 tỷ đồng, tăng 90% so với cùng kỳ. Cục Thuế tỉnh Cà Mau vừa ra quyết định xử phạt vi phạm hành chính về thuế đối với CTCP Phân bón Dầu khí Cà Mau (HOSE: DCM) với tổng số tiền là 6,18 tỷ đồng.

Cụ thể, từ ngày 26/9 đến 4/11, Cục Thuế tỉnh Cà Mau đã tiền hành thanh tra thuế tại DCM và có ban hành quyết định truy thu thuế TNDN với số tiền hơn 116 triệu đồng do giảm chi phí không có hóa đơn, chứng từ, chi phí tài trợ chưa đúng quy định.

Đồng thời, DCM bị truy thu thuế TNCN số tiền hơn 4 tỷ đồng do kê khai thiếu khoản thưởng, cá nhân kê khai trùng người phụ thuộc, cá nhân có thu nhập từ nhiều nơi.

Ngoài ra, DCM bị phạt tiền chậm nộp thuế hơn 1,17 tỷ đồng và phạt vi phạm hành chính 834 triệu đồng.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, 9 tháng 2022, DCM ghi nhận doanh thu gần 11.500 tỷ đồng, tăng 90% so với cùng kỳ: lợi nhuận trước và sau thuế gấp 4 lần YoY, lần lượt đạt 3.500 tỷ đồng và gần 3.300 tỷ đồng.
