Kết phiên 8/12, cổ phiếu KBC của Đô Thị Kinh Bắc (HM:KBC) tăng 5,2% lên mức 23.250 đồng/cp. CTCP Phát triển Đô Thị Kinh Bắc (HOSE: KBC) vừa công bố tài liệu Đại hội đồng cổ đông bất thường năm 2022 lần 2 vào ngày 28/12 với nhiều nội dung quan trọng.

Cụ thể, KBC dự trả cổ tức năm 2023 bằng tiền tỷ lệ 20%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 1 cổ phiếu sẽ nhận 2.000 đồng, thời gian triển khai trong năm 2023.

Đồng thời, KBC lên kế hoạch kinh doanh năm 2023 với doanh thu 9.000 tỷ đồng và lợi nhuận sau thuế 4.000 tỷ đồng. Kinh Bắc cho biết hiện đang làm việc với các đối tác, ước tính khả năng cho thuê đạt 200 ha trong năm 2023 tại các dự án khu công nghiệp (KCN), bao gồm: Nam Sơn Hạp Lĩnh, KCN Quang Châu, KCN Tân Phú Trung, KCN Tân Tập, KCN Lộc Giang, các cụm KCN ở Long An, Hưng Yên và đặc biệt KCN Tràng Duệ mở rộng giai đoạn 3 thì khách hàng đã sẵn sàng. Với việc mở rộng quỹ đất trong giai đoạn tới, công ty sẽ còn được phê duyệt mới 3 KCN với diện tích khoảng 3.000 ha.

Ngoài ra, KBC dự trình cổ đông kế hoạch mua lại 100 triệu cổ phiếu KBC để giảm vốn điều lệ. Thời gian thực hiện dự kiến sau khi được Ủy ban Chứng khoán Nhà nước thông báo về việc nhận được tài liệu đăng ký mua cổ phiếu.

Điểm đáng lưu ý, KBC dự kiến giá mua cổ phiếu quỹ sẽ theo giá thị trường, nhưng không cao hơn 34.000 đồng/cp. Như vậy, tối đa công ty sẽ bỏ ra số tiền 3.400 tỷ đồng để mua lại 100 triệu cổ phiếu KBC.

Trong khi, kết phiên 8/12, KBC đạt 23.250 đồng/cp. Tạm chiếu theo thị giá này, ước tính Kinh Bắc cần chi số tiền khoảng 2.325 tỷ đồng để mua vào 100 triệu cổ phiếu KBC.
