Trong đó Đông Hải Bến Tre (DHC (HM:DHC)) chi tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 2/2022 bằng tiền tỷ lệ 10%. Ngày 15/12/2022 tới đây CTCP Đông Hải Bến Tre (Dohaco - mã chứng khoán DHC) sẽ chốt danh sách cổ đông trả cổ tức năm 2021 và chi tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 2/2022 cho cổ đông.

Phát hành cổ phiếu trả cổ tức năm 2021

Theo đó Đông Hải Bến Tre sẽ phát hành 10,5 triệu cổ phiếu trả cổ tức năm 2021. Tỷ lệ phát hành 15%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 100 cổ phiếu được nhận về 15 cổ phiếu mới. Giá trị phát hành theo mệnh giá 105 tỷ đồng.

Năm 2021 Đông Hải Bến Tre đạt 4.164 tỷ đồng doanh thu, tăng 44,2% so với năm 2020. Trừ các khoản chi, lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 481 tỷ đồng, tăng 22,8% so với số lãi 392 tỷ đồng đạt được năm trước đó.

Tính đến 31/12/2022 Đông Hải Bến Tre còn hơn 703 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế luỹ kế chưa phân phối. Ngoài ra công ty còn 58 tỷ đồng trong quỹ đầu tư phát triển và 235 tỷ đồng thặng dư vốn cổ phần.

Tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 2/2022 bằng tiền tỷ lệ 10%

Ngoài việc phát hành cổ phiếu trả cổ tức, Đông Hải Bến Tre còn chốt danh sách cổ đông chi tạm ứng cổ tức năm 2022 bằng tiền. Tỷ lệ chi trả 10%, tương ứng cổ đông sở hữu 1 cổ phiếu được nhận về 1.000 đồng. Thời gian thanh toán 29/12/2022.

Trước đó công ty đã tạm ứng cổ tức đợt 1/2022 bằng tiền cho cổ đông tỷ lệ 10%.

Kết quả kinh doanh 9 tháng đầu năm 2022 ghi nhận doanh thu Đông Hải Bến Tre đạt 2.996 tỷ đồng, giảm 1,6% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái. Lợi nhuận sau thuế đạt 296 tỷ đồng, giảm 23,9% so với số lãi 389 tỷ đồng đạt được 9 tháng đầu năm 2021.

Tính đến 30/9/2022 Dohaco còn 787 tỷ đồng lợi nhuận sau thuế luỹ kế chưa phân phối. Ngoài ra công ty còn 82 tỷ đồng trong quỹ đầu tư phát triển và 235 tỷ đồng thặng dư vốn cổ phần.
