Ngày 7/10, nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital đã bán ra 5,4 triệu cổ phiếu GEX (HM:GEX) của CTCP Tập đoàn Gelex (HOSE: GEX). Trong đó Norges Bank và Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited là 2 quỹ thành viên thực hiện giao dịch.

Sau giao dịch, Dragon Capital hạ lượng nắm giữ tại GEX từ hơn 54,2 triệu đơn vị, tương đương 6,37% vốn điều lệ xuống còn hơn 48,8 triệu đơn vị, tương đương về 5,74%.

Tạm chiếu theo thị giá trung bình của GEX trong phiên diễn ra giao dịch là 15.400 đồng/cp, ước tính quỹ ngoại này đã thu về 83 tỷ đồng.

Về tình hình kinh doanh, quý II/2022, GEX ghi nhận doanh thu thuần đạt 9.069 tỷ đồng - tăng 4% so với cùng kỳ; giá vốn giảm khiến lãi gộp tăng 44% lên gần 1.991 tỷ đồng.

Tuy nhiên, doanh thu tài chính trong kỳ của GEX giảm sâu hơn 50% so với quý II/2021 trong khi chi phí tài chính lại tăng gấp đôi. Khoản lỗ kinh doanh chứng khoán lên đến 165,4 tỷ đồng trong khi cùng kỳ 2021 chỉ lỗ 17 tỷ. Bên cạnh đó, GEX ghi nhận lỗ chênh lệch tỷ giá gần 110 tỷ, cao gấp 27 lần cùng kỳ.

Kết quả, GEX báo lãi sau thuế giảm 26% xuống còn 391 tỷ đồng trong đó lãi sau thuế công ty mẹ chỉ vỏn vẹn 13 tỷ đồng - giảm 96% so với cùng kỳ.

Lũy kế 6 tháng đầu năm, GEX ghi nhận doanh thu đạt 17.715 tỷ đồng; lợi nhuận trước thuế đạt 1.485 tỷ đồng, lần lượt tăng 34% và 47% so với cùng kỳ 2021.

Viglacera (VGC (HN:VGC)) ước lãi quý 3/2022 đạt 316 tỷ đồng, tăng 23% so với cùng kỳ
