AiVIF - Dragon Capital đã bán 5.4 triệu cp GEX (HM:GEX)

Theo công bố mới đây, nhóm quỹ thuộc Dragon Capital đã bán ra 5.4 triệu cp của CTCP Tập đoàn GELEX (HOSE: GEX) trong ngày 07/10/2022.

Cụ thể, hai quỹ Norges Bank và Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited đã lần lượt bán 3.2 triệu cp và 2.2 triệu cp GEX trong thời gian trên. Kết quả, tổng tỷ lệ sở hữu của nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital tại GEX đã giảm từ 6.37% xuống còn 5.74%.

Tại phiên 07/10, thị trường chỉ ghi nhận 145,000 cp GEX được giao dịch thỏa thuận. Do đó, khả năng cao toàn bộ giao dịch của nhóm quỹ này đều thông qua khớp lệnh. Với giá đóng cửa phiên là 15,300 đồng/cp, ước tính Dragon Capital đã thu về gần 83 tỷ đồng từ thương vụ trên.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu GEX từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay

Động thái thoái bớt vốn của Dragon Capital tại GEX diễn ra trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu GEX vẫn đang trên đà giảm điểm trong xu hướng chung của thị trường. Từ đỉnh lịch sử 48,213 đồng/cp phiên 11/01/2022, giá cổ phiếu GEX cuối phiên 13/10 chỉ còn 14,050 đồng/cp, tương ứng giảm gần 71%.
