AiVIF - Dragon Capital liên tiếp bán ra cổ phiếu DXG

Theo công bố mới đây, nhóm quỹ thuộc Dragon Capital đã bán ra tổng cộng 7.3 triệu cp của CTCP Tập đoàn Đất Xanh (HOSE: HM:DXG) trong khoảng thời gian từ ngày 07-11/10/2022.

Cụ thể, 3 quỹ thuộc Dragon Capital gồm Grinling International Limited, Hanoi Investments Holdings Limited và Norges Bank đã bán tổng cộng 6.3 triệu cp DXG trong ngày 07/10, qua đó giảm tỷ lệ sở hữu của nhóm quỹ từ 20.09% xuống còn 19.06%.

Tiếp đến, ngày 11/10, CTBC Vietnam Equity Fund tiếp tục bán ra 1 triệu cp DXG, khiến tỷ lệ sở hữu của nhóm quỹ tại DXG giảm từ 19.06% xuống còn 18.9%.

Dựa trên giá đóng cửa 2 phiên kể trên, ước tính Dragon Capital đã thu về khoảng 118.4 tỷ đồng.

Trước giai đoạn bán ra, Amersham Industries Limited - một quỹ thuộc nhóm Dragon Capital - đã mua 1.5 triệu cp vào ngày 29/09. Ước tính giá trị thương vụ khoảng 30 tỷ đồng.

Diễn biến giá cổ phiếu DXG từ đầu năm 2022 đến nay

Động thái thoái bớt vốn của Dragon Capital diễn ra trong bối cảnh giá cổ phiếu DXG vẫn đang lao dốc mạnh kể từ sau đợt phục hồi từ tháng 6-8/2022. Cụ thể, sau khi lập đỉnh 29,000 đồng/cp vào phiên 19/08/2022, giá cổ phiếu DXG chỉ còn 16,350 đồng/cp vào cuối phiên 13/10, tương ứng giảm gần 44%.
