Trước khi “xả” bớt hàng, Dragon Capital đã tích cực mua ròng cổ phiếu PV Drilling (HM:PVD) từ cuối tháng 10/2022. Nhóm Dragon Capital thông báo đã bán ra 1.147.300 cổ phiếu PVD của Tổng công ty cổ phần Khoan và Dịch vụ Khoan Dầu khí (PV Drilling) vào ngày 18/11.

Trong đó, Norges Bank bán ra 600.000 cổ phiếu và Samsung Vietnam Securities Master Investment Trust (Equity) bán ra 547.300 cổ phiếu.

Sau giao dịch, tỷ lệ sở hữu của Dragon Capital tại PVD giảm từ 10,07% về còn 9,86% vốn điều lệ. Tạm chiếu theo thị giá kết phiên ngày 18/11 là 12.900 đồng/cp, ước tính quỹ ngoại thu về 19 tỷ đồng.

Đáng chú ý Dragon xả cổ phiếu PVD sau chuỗi dài gom ròng. Cụ thể, ngày 17/11, nhóm Dragon Capital vừa mua ròng 600.000 cổ phiếu để tăng sở hữu từ 9,96% lên 10,07% vốn điều lệ.

Trong đó, quỹ DC Developing Markets Strategies Public Limited Company mua vào 1 triệu cổ phiếu và Norges Bank bán ra 400.000 cổ phiếu.

Trước đó, ngày 31/10, nhóm Dragon Capital vừa mua vào 1,66 triệu cổ phiếu PVD và ngày 9/11, nhóm quỹ Dragon Capital vừa mua thêm 1,1 triệu cổ phiếu PVD.

Xét về hoạt động kinh doanh, quý 3/2022, doanh thu của PVD đạt 1.241,74 tỷ đồng, tăng 22,8% so với cùng kỳ và lợi nhuận sau thuế ghi nhận lỗ 51,81 tỷ đồng so với cùng kỳ lãi 55,63 tỷ đồng, tức giảm 107,44 tỷ đồng.

Lũy kế trong 9 tháng đầu năm 2022, PVD ghi nhận doanh thu đạt 3.923,44 tỷ đồng, tăng 47,4% so với cùng kỳ và lợi nhuận sau thuế ghi nhận lỗ 201,66 tỷ đồng so với cùng kỳ lỗ 13,15 tỷ đồng, tức tăng lỗ thêm 188,51 tỷ đồng.
